Title: what is this ppl up to
Today work was kinda depressing. I only started doing my work at around 3pm++. Cos i need to assign the 7k++ of leads to the team. Time wasted there. The team leader almost pissed me off to the max. After i have assign the leads to everyone(which is around 1k++ per person) he said i think we need to re-assign as he want it to be like july under one excel and aug under one excel. I told him i have done assigning it to everyone and i dont think there is a need. After all, we need to combine them together at the end of the day. He agree.. Phew. If i dont said that, i think i cant finished my work man.
Then after he came back from meeting while i was busy chiong-ing calling.. He came to me and said, we need to re-assign the leads. As some of them will be leaving end of this month. I was like WHAT!!!!! While he is very free why cant he do it? Anyway, i told him that just leave it as we cant tell if ppl will be coming to work during the campaign period a not. He agree.. He just dont make sense. Please i have work to do and he is asking me to do something that is not necessary.. Please dont waste my time.
Anyway, ppl at work is somehow pissing me off. Some of them in my team are busy tagging they leads as accepted and submitting the order without calling customer. What the hell. Then happily watching movies and going to the gym during office hours and leaving work early. So yesterday i went to talk to one of my colleague who are leaving and he is also an assistance team leader. He said he knew about this. some more he is going for a drinking session with the boss. He said he will just mentioned this to the boss. I told him that actually i did told the boss to do something to ppl who are doing it(I did not mentioned names). As my team are following it. Then somehow this particular person in my team is bitching about me.(anyway, she have been giving me lots of problem since day one) Saying i went to tell the boss that she is tagging accepted and submitting order without calling. (not only herself is doing it. She influence 2 other staffs to do the same thing). She is way too much. she did this shit and yet complain to the boss that the filipino ppl are doing this. What!! She is leaving soon and she cant be bother but dont get ppl into trouble. What happen if the boss went to check on the result and found out that most of the accepted customer did not use the service and im gonna get it from the boss. As an assistance team leader i cant let my team member to follow the filipino. This is not the correct way of working. Some more, this will affect ppl who are staying in the company for a longer period.
I was so pissed off.. It is just so hard to manage staff. Work is work. Friend is friend. I cant just keep quiet most of the time. If i do so, ppl will start doing funny thing like now. Aww.. Im gonna gather my team tomorrow to host a short meeting and warn them not to do such thing again. I want to clear things out before it is too late. Sign.. Kids are hard to manage.. :( Sigh!!!
Tomorrow gonna wake up early. i need to reach office by 9.30am. :( Boss coming down to office for meeting.. -.-" I hope i can wake up. Im gonna sleep soon.. Ok, time to stop here.
