stress, angry, moody, happy

Hello!! Before i start blogging, wanna wish my cousin (Venneth), My friend (Subha) and myself, happy birthday.. :D And to all those reader birthday falling on 1st of july.. May all ur wishes come true..


For the past 2 days was busy working.. Sat was still unwell so didn't went to work.. Sunday was ok.. Time past damn fast on sunday.. I think is due to e calls that we hv and plus, at least hv a few mins rest before e next call come in.. So still ok..


Den after that, went to choa chu kang for supper with 3 colleages and e cab driver (uncle beng, lol!! All of us used to call him that already) As we shared cab home.. Plus we r all staying at cck.. So went for supper.. But i didn't eat.. Dun really feel like hving supper.. After supper, home sweet home..


Den 2day work.. Looking at my title u can tell wat's my feeling for yesterday n 2day.. 2day is e worse.. Inbound calls was ok.. After dinner break, was asked to do outbound.. Which i need to help my team leader to clear his queue(cases).. So i helped him.. After that another team leader pass me 5 cases to do.. OH my.. That 5 cases, 2 was HELL!! 1 still manage to handle.. Another 1 can't.. Which is a dispute.. I feel soo sad(cos, i can't handle.. Stupid me.) and pissed(kena scolding for no reason)..


2day outbound calls was totally HELL!! I almost give up and almost cry.. Kena dispute again.. Cust was saying may as well u dun call me back.. =.=" den she req to speak to e manager.. diao!! e case was pass to me at this timing, wat e hell u expect me to do?? Kena for no reason.. Heck care..


2day, im damn stress up.. Haven convert to perm i hv all this stress already.. =.=" (cos currently, i handle e same thing as wat e perm is doing nw.. doing outbound and team leader will random pass u cases to handle.. =.=" ) If convert worse.. I hope they delay.. Dun convert me 1st.. If nt, everyday i need to send e-mail.. I heard frm 1 of e perm staff.. Can see e stress she hv and she told me is quite stress also..


Anyway, after that, e same group of ppl went for supper again.. It was last min.. As e Team leader(kenny) said birthday gal must eat.. I treat u must give face.. LOL!! So no choice i ate chicken rice.. Den chat and home sweet home..


Really wanna thanks e cab driver (uncle beng), kenny, li ling for e supper.. N to e rest of u who sms me (Winstano,Venneth, Lynn, Ai Ling, June, Subha n En Xian and more ).. N of course my team leader (Teo aka boss..).. Sorry, i can't remember who already.. Really thank u soo much..


ok!! Back to emo emo emo.. Feeling v down.. My mind is still quite stress up nw.. Aww!! Im nt happy at all.. Anyway, i finally manage to get a leave 2morrow.. FINALLY!! It was delay.. I asked my Team leader, so 2morrow leave how?? Approved?? He said, u help me clear my case, sure approved.. LOL!! Think is approved already.. Thanks to e sup and my team leader.. 2morrow meeting my bf.. hehe!!

not happy at all

Hello!! Finally, my off day again.. Suppose to meet Ai Ling for her medical check-up and den meet my sec sch friends for early birthday celebration but i didn't go.. Im nt feeling well.. So hv to stay at hme.. As 2morrow im going to work also.. Anyway, Im always busy at work lately.. Dun understand y, we keep hving high call wait.. And everytime customer will said, "do u know, it is v difficult to call u guys.. Always hv to wait for soo long".. lol!!


Anyway, tuesday i was asked to report to work 1hr early (OT).. To help my team leader to clear his queue(cases).. Which mean, i hv to make outbound (outgoing) calls.. =.=" Which i dun like.. Cos customer will said, now den you call back.. some may turn out to be a dispute.. :(


Anyway, i went n helped.. Was soo happy that it was 2.30pm which mean, i can stop doing outbound.. But ended up, i was asked to do outbound e whole day.. :( After clearing my team leader queue(with e help frm our team members), i was asked to help clear maxonline technical queue.. (basically, it was parked there, frm another agent.. basically, if u try calling 1633 Maxonline tech and e agent said "im nt train in this and i will get my technical agent to give u a call back.. which mean, e cases will be park in maxonline technical queue for us/outbound agent to call back..) Starhub also hire ppl to ans calls just to take down customer name, phone number and prob ONLY den park customer in e correct queue.. Actually, this is to help us to clear high call wait.. They r paid 1hr 7buck.. Not bad rite??


Back to my topic.. So in total, i made about 50 over outbound calls plus few inbound calls.. Which turn out to be 60 over calls.. =.=" I hate doing outbound.. cos it just dun seem gd.. As some customer case hv been park there for like 2 to 3 days.. =.="


Anyway, e next day was ok.. doing inbound calls.. And den yesterday also inbound.. Busy busy and busy.. Yesterday nite, kena 1 dispute call.. This customer can't access to a game website (ragnarokonline), n he hv been reporting this seem past 2 weeks and our backend hv already confirm that it was not control by us.. Suspect is customer blocking it.. Told cust that, he might be blocking it n that's cases e reason y he can't access.. As he said, his friend using maxonline can access and when he surf e site at his friends place or outside it was ok.. Hv explain to him n he refuse to listen and he said he want to teminate his service.. Asked team leader and supervisor already.. And e case is still nt solve.. Guess one of e team leader is doing it 2day.. Sigh!! Just hope everything goes well..


Im nt happy after i was told i will be converted to perm staff.. Ppl tend to be unhappy and disturb me almost everyday.. E feeling that im hving rite nw is totally hell.. Worse come to worse is when, im working for less than 4mth(nt including e training) only n is going to be converted soon.. :( Well, i can't be bother.. Think positive.. Work hard!! Anyway, as i hv mention before, i wont stay long.. LOL!! As my blog hv already indicate "flo go for the best!! :D" YEAH!! So long as i still can stay happy, make all e customer happy.. im ok.. :D


ok!! I want to go and rest already.. Stay happy, think positive n life will be better.. :) Take care!! bye!!

confuse

Hello!! Just had my shower.. Feeling gd.. :D After e stress that i had 2day.. I was sooo pissed off.. I think I REALLY NEED TO BRUSH UP ON MY CHINESE.. If nt im going to suffer even more.. 2day most of my calls r chinese.. oh my.. Totally sux.. I give up totally... Those with router, i asked them to do a direct connection frm Cable modem to e PC with e LAN cable, if can surf den im lucky.. Den asked cust to call router vendor.. if can't, i suffer all e way still cust can surf..


Anyway, I will learn as it goes.. CHINESE REALLY SUX.. =.=" Aww!! Forget it, past is past.. :D Think for e best.. Just to let u ppl know, if u face prob reading yahoo mail, that's giving u error code: 999, that is due to e new yahoo setting prob.. Just switch it back to classic view n it will solve ur prob.. Dun use click on "Try the new Yahoo! Mail" Actually, i just found out this 2day.. After getting sooo many calls on it.. N cust said yahoo said call ur ISP.. =.="


Have u wondering how come "streetdirectory" is unable to display map already?? Well, they hv been sue by SLA(Singapore Land Authority) frm wat i heard frm e permt staff in starhub.. You can actually visit here if u want to search for singapore maps.. :D


Anyway, im quite confuse since yesterday. After one of e nite team leader came n talked to me.. He was funny, 1st he came n sat behind me n cos i was on e phone he went back. Den i went to look for him n asked him, " r u looking for me??" He said, nvm later den i talked to u.. I was soo scared that was thinking did i done anything wrongly..


After that, he came and said "congratulation!" Im was shocked.. N he said, u hv been offer to be a perm staff.. I was like "HUH" can dun wan?? Can i consider 1st?? Den he started saying it is quite rare that tmp staff can get offer as perm this fast.. Im working for 4mth(including 1mth of training at haw par).. Actually, i was counting down to dec, whereby i can resign..


He told me about e benefit as a perm, so here is goes:

- my salary might increase all e way to 1850 to 2k (depending)

- there is pay leave

- medical claim

- taxi claim

- annual leave

- free mobile

- 50% off for starhub services

- $400 free starhub voucher

- $50 extra for punctuality

- $50 extra for gd service quality

- $50 extra for hitting e calls (example: per day must hit about 60 over calls)

- Then, confirm one weekend off for each week

- oh and allowance frm $10(currently) to $12

- and of course my 9mth contract with e agency will be remove

den i dun know already


Im confuse cos, i dun know should i accept it a nt... Awww!! Cos my intention is to resign after my contract.. =.=" My 1st reaction when e team leader told was, " i dun wan can??" I hv sent him my resume n he said i hv to go for 2nd round interview to discuss on my salary n benefit i guess.. This is basically a gd new for me.. Cos it is damn rare that tmp staff can get converted soo soon.. I suspect it was cos they need more staff.. LOL!!


But my shift will be change too.. Currently, my shift is frm 2.30pm to 12am. After i am convert to perm, my shift will be frm 4.30pm to 2am.. =.=" Anyway, my friend Ai Ling is selected as perm too.. Congratz to her.. :D


Oh ya, on e same day, I picked up $2.. LOL!! soo many ppl walking in n out of that place but none of them saw.. I walked in and was about to sit dwn i saw e note rite in e middle of e path way.. LOL!! Sin Yee, I picked up $$$ again.. LOL!! Use to picked up $$$ in SP quite a no of time..


Den just nw, hving my 1hr break.. I went down to e lobby to relax.. Den saw 10cent on e chair.. =.=" haha!! i nv take but place it on e table.. Some ppl said, if u saw $$, u must at least pick it up if nt u will hv bad luck.. =.=" Dun ask me why.. cos i dun know..


Ok la!! Time for me to relax awhile den sleep.. 2morrow off.. :D Gd morning to u!!

cool...

2day i didn't go back to work.. Cos e sore eye is still swelling n itchiness is still there.. But 1 thing for sure is e antibiotic n e cream is damn power.. Cos e swelling hv reduce.. whoohoo.. :D Cool.. :D


Anyway, 2day i didn't do much but rest n watching "The Changing Point" (click here to watch).. LOL!! Haha!! Kenneth(acting as Jun Jie in e show) is becoming v popular wor.. Now 3b22 hv another star.. :D Kenneth aka Jun Jie.. another 1 is Dex


2morrow meeting Derrick(birthday boy), Ai Ling(lao gong), Nick(Kung fu panda), Sharon(gal gal) n Dear for movie.. Actually, e purpose is 2 celebrate Derrick's birthday.. Belated somemore.. =.=" Sorry sorry!! Den im e 1 organise e outing.. Hate this e most.. Cos i hv been sending SMSes N damn no one reply.. Damn angry sia. Sending 6 smses to them asking


1) wat to buy for birthday boy n 1 person reply..

2) Asking who is/r sharing e present?? This sms was at least better most of them reply only 2 person nv.

3) Telling them each person xx amount n damn only 2 person reply still i flood again den ppl reply..

4) Den asking them 2 transfer the cash to my dear acc n damn, only 1 reply.. =.=" and told them to let me know if they wanna share but lesser.. But only 1 reply so i take it as everyone is ok with e amount..

5) Asking them 2 be free this coming friday n decide on e movie (btw, monday i hv already asked them already), n damn 4 person reply.. Did indicated on e sms saying if can't pls let me know.. But... sianz!!

6)Still 2day, I HAVE TO FLOOD AGAIN.. Telling them where r we meeting, what time n wat is e movie and finally all reply.. (As i said, singaporean LIKES TO DO THING AT E V LAST MIN)


Im actually pissed off with ppl who dun reply my sms which i indicated "PLS REPLY THANKS!! .. Dun u think it is rude?? Plus, ppl WHO R FREE DUN HELP.. THAT'S E WORSE THING.. IM WORKING N IM SUPPOSE TO BE RESTING THESE 2 DAYS BUT IM CRACKING MY HEAD.. =.=


Aiya, forget it.. At least i manage to make them come out with an ans.. Actually, my ite's friends r always behaving like this.. =.= They like to plan thing at e v last min n inform u at e v last min.. Like my dear.. I tend to get mad.. No time management.. Say meeting at this time ended up change to another time.. =.="


ok enf of stupid post.. Sorry!! I think i bored u ppl.. :D Hey, but no vulgar already wor.. lalalalalala!! Im changing n yes i am.. :D Ppl who change me r myself n starhub customers :D

stupid eye

Stupid stupid stupid.. Sad! My rite eye gt worse and i need to spend $$$$ to see a doctor.. :( E worse thing is, it is damn ugly.. E tears keep rolling down, with red eye and e swelling is soo obvious that ppl keep staring at me.. Soo pai seh.. :(


Yesterday went to work, frm a distance, one of e team leader was able to see it..aww! Im like soo far and u can see.. =.=" Was thinking of taking half day yesterday.. But i decided to stay cos yeterday we hv high call wait.. Anyway, im using my mouth nt my eye.. Only when i need to key in e reports.. I took damn long to key in my report.. Yesterday, my calls rate was e worse among all and e worse among all my own record.. :(


2day went to see a doctor n i was trying 2 walk away frm e crowd.. E doctor gave me extra strong antibiotics and a cream.. In total, it cost me $41.. WTH!!!!!!!!! Damn expensive..


This 2 things cost me $41.. =.="




E doctor said, e antibiotic is quite expensive and it will help to reduce e swelling so that it can recover on its own.. If nt, i need to go back 2 e doctor and he said he needs to do some treatment to it..


Sign!! ppl tot im crying.. But im nt.. Was wondering, did i get e virus frm any1?? I can't really recall.. Maybe yes, maybe no.. Thanks that im weaing spec.. So i can at least cover it a little.. E annoying things r e tears n itchiness.. :( awww!!


E doctor gave me 2 days mc.. But i might be going back to work 2morrow.. Cos i hv cases to follow-up with my customers.. Everytime, i arrange tech for customers, i will always give them a call back to ask how's everything going and ask them any prob.. Somehow to do a check if they still facing any prob. This is my responsible to make sure customers r happy..


i shall see how.. I believe by 2morrow e swelling n e sore eye will get better.. Yes it will.. :D Nth is impossible if u believe it.. :p ,br>

Oh ya, a gd new.. My dear friend aka maple lao gong, Ai Ling told me Starhub hv finally called her down for interview(2morrow).. Whooohoo.. So i wont feel sianz already.. yeah.. Congratz lao gong.. It is damn hard to get into starhub.. Ai Ling sent in her resume twice.. Haha!! I think starhub needs ppl lately.. Cos many ppl leaving soon..

After 4mth...

Sorry for not updating my blog.. E reason i will give r, im lazy and busy.. Well!! Dun understand y we r damn busy ever since JUNE started.. I guess it is due to e sch holidays.. Calls after calls.. Always high call wait.. =.=" Den talk n talk on e phone still i hv sexy voice..


I nv update my blog during my off cos, i went out with my dear.. :D It is e day whereby i can enjoy with him and it is e only day whereby i can rest.. Either rest or out..


Anyway, nt going to talk about work on this post.. Although i hv things happened for e past few days.. Well, past is past.. :D


Hmm, 2day suppose to meet Ai Ling to go to e PC show. But she sms me saying she is nt well n we didn't go for it.. Sad! I hv miss it once again.. So i stay at hme n rest.. Still when my cousin (Mei zhen jie jie) called me, regarding to her wireless connection.. LOL!! Guide her e same way i guide e cust. But somehow, she can't really find out which is her wireless network n where to click..


Therefore, i travel down frm yew tee to her hus at Yishun and help her up.. Everythings goes well.. (e samething whereby i help e cust on e phone..)Den saw her using e damn OLD cable modem frm starhub.. LOL!! Is time for her to do a re-contract man.. Somehow, she bought e wrong router n e signal was damn weak.. So she asked me 2help her get 1.. Will get 1 for her..


After that travel frm Yishun to Boon Lay.. N went over to my cousin place.. As Mervin and Venneth celebrating their birthday.. Both of them r brother.. So their mum asked me to take leave 2day.. Aaaa.. I can't take leave.. So guess wat i did??? Urgent leave la.. Last min sms my team leader.. No choice who ask them dun allow me to take leave.. Sob sob.. Their father was saying, if can't take leave, den take MC.. lol!! I was totally shock to hear that.. 1st time an adult asking me to do that.. LMAO!!!!! But i said, i wont do that.. Waste $$$$.. Pointless man..


Ok!! back to my topic.. Erm.. After 4mth, i went over for family gathering sia.. Some of them was saying i slim down after nt seeing me for 4mth.. thanks ar!! =.=" I dun know wat to say.. But i think i did.. After falling sick and stomach flu and 1 meal(breakfast somemore) per day.. LOL!! Nt because i dun want to eat, but is because there is nth for me 2 eat at work.. Coffee shop close and sometime is like damn pissed off(after talking 2 customer), so dun hv e mood to eat..


Hmm, den wat i miss e most was e lovely home cook foods.. It was YUMMY.. I just love it... E maid is damn gd at cooking.. :D After dinner, help my cousin aunt with wireless connection again and secure their wireless connection.. Den chit-chat inside e room.. :D


Den e boys cut their cake.. Actually, Mervin's birthday is on e 17 June while Vennth's(small brother) birthday is on e 1st of july.. same as me :D So both celebrating in advance.. lol!! Sorry no photos.. Cos i forget to snap some.. Stupid me.. Maybe their old photos to let u reader take a look at.. :)

Guess wat, im off 2morrow.. lol!! 2day nt counted la.. My upcoming off days r on e monday(2morrow) and friday but Lynn's mum asking me to swop with some1 to wed..cos they wanna hv lunch with me.. celebrate my birthday i guess.. Hmm, i will try see any1 off on wed..

busy

I hv been busy working.. Damn tired.. Was asked to OT on Saturday 7 June due to UEFA EURO 2008. It started on e 8 june 2008 at 12am.. Therefore, we needed to work still 2am..


Basically, alot of last min customer called to apply for the EURO pass.. =.=" I just can't understand this singaporean.. It start at 12am, and in order for us to apply for them, it take 24hrs to do so.. They called in n demand they want it before 12am, some even worse, they want it now.. =.=" Pls la, next time called in early.. =.="


Anyway, this is singaporean.. Do everything last min.. Be it study, shopping or anything.. Haha!! Im one of them.. :D For me, study esp.. I like to do it last min.. So that i can remember them.. lol!! And of course projects.. :D E rest, it depend.. If it is not important den, i will do it last min.. :D


Anyway, finally 2day im off.. Im sick for 1 bloody week.. Dammit!! Wed was dwn with stomach flu.. Damn pissed off.. Hving abdominal pain and diarrhoea and feel like vomiting.. kns! Anyone know e cure to this??? My mum ask me to see a doctor but I dun wan.. Awww..


Hmm, just nw i went back to SP.. To collect my diploma.. Den saw Mr Alvin.. Had a short chit-chat cos was rushing off.. Of course before i go off, went to food court 3for Mango Juice. Wanted to hv my lunch too.. But my stomach cannot tk it.. :(

Whoohoo!! After long hrs of sleeping and resting.. 2day woke up, im much better.. :D But 2day im still resting at hme.. 2morrow shall get back to work..


Sigh!! Actually, i hv someting to blog about.. But I think it is nt e time 2 do soo.. Shall wait still e time is right.. It is all because of r/s AGAIN!!


Ppl know u r in a r/s and he still irritate u.. At 1st u may tot he is being friendly, soo u take it as it is.. But, it is going way too much.. SMSes can goes, thing like daring, dear, i miss u soo much, i love u.. And ppl in ur work place started to misunderstand e both of u... HOW R U GONNA TO REACT????

sick

2day wat i did e whole day was sleep, rest, sleep, rest n sleep .. Woke up awhile to surf e net n den facebook den back 2 bed again.. Dun know wat e hell went wrong.. Yesterday at work im damn uncomfortable.. Feeling v giddy and with fever.. KNS... Wanted to go hme at around 8plus.. But nt worth it.. So i carry on working.. Yesterday, was e worse day i nv had.. I dun know hw many times im nt ready.. die!! ppl hv 50 over calls and im like only 30++ =.=" EMO!!!


Anyway, 2day and 2morrow resting at home.. I going back to bed already.. Awww!! Im sux.. =.="
