Today im on leave. (: Cos meeting Ai Ling (which is her off day today) and June for x'mas gift exchange and then gathering ba.. Been long since 3 of us meet out and have fun.. Ai Ling and me, been busy working till 2am and busy dating.. LOL!!


Therefore, im on leave.. Erm, actually, i took leave in advance (erm 1mth in advance and was only approve last week.. -.-") But then the shit is, Im sick.. This is soo unfair.. I dun care.. Enjoy come 1st NOW.. hahaha!! Been long since i gt the time to enjoy, play and spend $$$. whoohoo.. Im dwn with very bad sore throat and cough.. Heng, yesterday, i dun have to ans any CALLS.. (: But i still need to talk alot.. zzz!


The reason why i dun hv to ans calls was because, i hv to guide a new staff.. Im asked to do double banking.. Meaning to say, he ans calls and i listen to how he handle the calls.. I dun really like it actually.. Cos im worry about my own calls stack (which yesterday, i did nt ans any calls.. ).. He was with me since Monday.. Monday, he listen to how i handle calls and around 1am i listen to him..


Yesterday he almost kinda one dispute.. As this customer was asking him some qns and i dun knw if the customer heard me guiding him on wat and how to ans customer. Den this customer mentioned, u hv a mentor guiding beside you rite? Can I just speak to her? The prob was that, he can't pass the phone to me directly and i can't ans it.. Cos im not login at all.. Therefore, i get someone to help on this case.. Phew, case was resolved..


Think back.. I can re-called that i also need someone to guide me the very 1st time also.. hahaha!! So i told the new guy, dun worry.. It's take time to understand and handle everything.. Learn as you go along..


Our team came in TOP out of 50 groups for the mth of nov.. This is the 1st time man.. Oct we came in 4th.. (: And again, our team leader was soo happy.. :D Let's carry-on.. hehehe!!

Yeah!! Im really looking forward for x'mas gift exchange.. Gift exchange with my colleagues (our own team nia) on 23 dec, then gift exchange with Ai Ling, June and Cindy on 24 dec.. After that gift exchange with my cousinsssss on 25 Dec (maybe.. if nt then will be on the 28 dec as we will be hving bbq).. Btw Lynn, i get something for ya which i really like it soo much.. dun want to give u can???? (hahaha!! Jokking la.. :p ) Last but not least, gift exchange with my sisterzzZz.. :)


I think i need to OT on Sunday (28 Dec) which my team leader mentioned, one day we (the whole team) come back on weekend to OT and i told him next week ba (which is coming week..).. Anyway, im fine with it.. OT den OT lo.. haha!!


I need to see doctor for my stupid face (it's getting frm bad to worse..).. Damn sianz when i go out.. (it's only happen when i stay too long inside air-con places or im damn cold.. ) Walk around air-con places, ppl will start lookin at u.. -.- Sigh!! At work i dun care, cos everybody knows.. They see and asked den explain lo.. hahaha!!

Im able to blog at this time is because im off.. lol!! Which i dun like it.. Cos i hv to work all the way till saturday.. :( Gonna be damn tired.. Sigh!! Anyway, nvm.. Thinking and waiting for my December salary.. Whoohoo.. Cos the company is giving us Annual Wage Supplement (AWS), which all of us tot that due the downtime, we may nt get AWS this yr.. But i received an e-mail saying they r giving.. Yeah!! Well, Im nt sure if im eligible a nt. But frm wat i know, everyone working as perm should hv.. Mine should be pro-rated as i joined the company as perm on july..(which is a big birthday present.. oh ya, and 2 air-tickets to Hong kong and $500 cash from the company.. lol!!)


Sigh, i was counting my off day (Working schedule is still nt out yet.. but by counting we should know when is our off day..).. And guess wat, im working on CHINESE NEW YEAR.. Wat the.. This is soo damn SHIT.. Even on the chinese new year eve.. FK!! The only off day i hv for chinese new year is on the 3rd day.. This is not gonna be gd.. Well!! I was told even if we apply leave, it's hard to get.. Sad rite??? And due to that, i dun even bother to get any new year clothes already.. Dun hv the mood to look forward for CNY.. Sigh!! :( No red packets already.. Sigh!! :(


Anyway, im looking forward for this coming sunday (21st dec) (if my leave approve), as it's my bf n me 1 year anniversary.. :) Whahahahaha!! Just now i was busy trying to finish up my handmade stuff for him.. I spent almost a month on that.. Was kinda busy working and soo dun really hv the time.. lol.. Looking forward.. yeah!!

hello!! Im back again.. Finally OFF once again.. (: Im kinda happy today as i have solved the case that i mentioned that i e-mail to the manager (which is my supervisor also..).. He did not ans to my qns where i mentioned that customer want her singtel line back without any charges.. He did sent an e-mail back, but then was asking a few qns.. -.-" Therefore, i dun know wat to do.. Asked for some advise frm the pros, some say e-mail again and some teach me how to explain to customer..


Therefore, i give it a try.. I was soo scared that she want to speak to manager.. I dun want that to happen, cos i dun want my team leader to get busy also.. Therefore, i pray hard to god and called the customer.. She was somehow keep asking about her singtel line thingy.. But then, i try to explain to her and she finally ack.. YEAH!! And finally case was closed.. Phew..


Well, today dun seem to have much calls.. Therefore, I FAILED.. :( Sigh!! I failed twice for december already.. OH MY!!! Just hope that overall i will pass..


Hmm, I received another compliment once again.. (: So happy.. Basically, the e-mail sent by the manager (which is my supervisor) was a complaint letter towards another person. But that e-mail did mentioned about me and it turn out to be a compliment.. Basically, i forget about who the customer was, when i read on his case again and notice, he was the one that was kinda fool but 2 technical officer.. One asking him to format his computer and once done, asked customer to disable and enable network card.. Then turn out that, the technical officer asked customer to check with pc vendor..


2nd time, customer called in.. was handle by another office.. (but im nt sure wat he/she help customer to do..) anyway, customer called back again and kinda me.. I was soo shocked that customer was fool around.. Customer mentioned to me that, he wasted alot of time to connect and disconnect his cable modem and power up and down the device.. But problem not solve.. I apologise to customer and guide him set by set.


Lastly, i found that there was no issue at all... It's just normal troubleshooting and seem ok already.. Customer also mentioned to change of cable modem and i did that for him and seem ok.. Customer was soo happy. He said to me that, he have wasted the whole day solving the issue.. -.-" Anyway, i didn't tot that he will write in to complaint and at the same time compliment me.. Thank to the customer.


The manager e-mail the mail to me and my team leader and mentioned to chk if this can be ABCD award again.. If can, this will be my 3rd ABCD award..


Oh my.. It's 6.27am already and im still awake.. -.- Im nt sleepy at all.. lol!! Ok ba.. I wanna go and watch some drama already. Gd morning to all. Bye!

yoz!! Im back.. so sleepy.. Finally today is my OFF day.. Lately, we are damn busy.. The calls r like HELL.. Kena scolding on & off.. Almost every calls.. -.-


Sigh.. I kinda one case today which need to e-mail to supervisor and my supervisor is the manager also.. aww.. I was soo stress sia.. Still thinking about the case nw.. :( Aww... The case is soo complicated sia.. awww!! Just have to pray for the best..


Hmm, i saw my reported card for mth of nov and i received another ABCD (Above and Beyond Calls Duty) award. (: But then i can't remember is frm which customer already.. lol!!


Oh ya, yes i have committed 9mth already.. YEAH!! This show that i can tolerate.. :D Im trying to commit another 3 to 4 mths (if possible).. :D I can do it.. lol!!

Shopping... Relax

Reach hme at around 5am.. Yesterday was my off day and I was out the whole day.. Whoohoo.. Relaxing myself n enjoying myself.. (: Met Ai Ling in the afternoon at around 1plus den we headed to Vivo City and den met Cindy to do some shopping (but end up doing window shopping). LOL!!


After that met Dear at around 4pm as he took half day.. :D Den we (Dear, Ai Ling, Cindy and me) headed to Suntec for more window shopping.. But this time round, we did get something from there after long hrs of walking.. Oh man, I really spent alot. I get myself shoe, topsssss and some accessoriesss. (sob sob, i have nt been spending for damn long.. )


After that we met Ai Ling's bf.. Walking around the mall again as we were all waiting for June, as she's meeting us also.. We have all decided to watch BOLT. Wohoohoo.. Before that we went for dinner 1st.. The sad thing was, the movie started at 9pm and due to my mistake, we went in at 9.20pm.. Cos i was told that the movie started at 9.20pm.. -.- The tickets was with me, but i didn't take a look.. -.-" Sob Sob!!


Anyway, the movie is damn funny.. hahaha!! MUST watch.. I love BOLT alot.. haha!! Im giving 9 out of 10 stars.. hahaha!! After movie it was already 10plus(which is still early..).. So we went to the arcade for some games (Cindy went off to meet her bf).. Played still 11 to 12am den we (Ai Ling, her bf, June, me and my bf..) headed to queentown club for pool.. LOL!! Damn fun sia.. Been long since i last played pool.. (erm, maybe about 2mths++).. And Den cab home.. :D

Hello!! Im blogging nw.. Yes im.. Yesterday my shift was frm 2.30pm to 12am.. One of my colleage swop with me.. (: Then today OFF!! Finally!! Im sooo damn tired.. Mid nov onwards, we are all damn busy.. Soo many calls.. Aww.. Calls wait always hit up to 60++ -.- Damn busy...


Well, then kena scolding again.. Cos waiting time is damn long.. You think we want??? We dun want it to happen too.. We r trying our best to end calls fast.. But den, it is very hard.. Some ppl just dun want to hang up.. Wat to do??


Oh ya, have my nov report card already.. Yes! I passed once again.. Phew...Total inbound calls was 766 and outbound calls was 234.. :) Im trying my very best everyday to hit the calls stack.. Very HARD.. And that's the reason why lately im damn hot temper to ALL the customer who wasted my fking time.. Im so sorry.. Cos if i dun hit my calls stack, my confirmation gone.. My confirmation gone mean my $$$ gone.. Den i have to wait for another 6mths.. Which is damn long and damn STRESS..


Hmm, talking about confirmation, I have received an e-mail frm HR on that.. Asking me to fill up my information and look for my supervisor and he then fill up the rest and submit it to HR (by end of dec).. The thing is, my supervisor is equal to the Asst manager.. Which is MUST pray hard to god.. GOD BLESS ME! LOL!!


Anyway, overall it is still my performance that counts.. lol! If i have poor performance then no one to blame.. :D Oh ya, it's 5 more days to go before i commit 9mths in starhub.. whoohoo.. Waiting.. :)

Hello!! Im back blogging.. Sorry for not updating.. Was kinda lazy, busy and tired.. Sorry for those who keep following up on my blog.. Sorry Sorry!!


Just reach hme nt long.. Went for supper (once again) at HAN's.. haha!! Been long since we last had supper again.. Damn full nw.. (:


Anyway, i finally hv MY OFF DAY!!!! Im soo damn sleepy sia.. Friday was asked to OT till 4am again.. -.- Actually i dun want to stay as i was soo damn pissed off.. After dinner I kinda soo many shit customer.. Dammit!! All SHIT!! One of the team leader was asking do i need a short break a nt? (at that point of time i almost cry.. Cos it was really damn SHIT.. Almost every CALLS..) I dun want a short break cos I dun hv enf calls.. I wanna to chiong for more calls to hit my calls stack.. Cos i dun wan ppl to start talking about numbers and numbers again.. Anyway, I stay cos i just want to earn more $$$$$.. haha!!


Well, lately i kinda alot SHIT ppl.. (maybe nt me only.. almost everyone.. ) sucker.. For no reason ppl can just dispute.. WT* Sigh! I remember i kinda one case where just fking resume of service i argue with the customer for close to almost fking 1hr.. Which the prob can just be solve in less than 5mins.. (if i give him.. But i dun wan to..)


1st of all, he said he promise to pay by the next day and so i resume the service for him. Den I mentioned to him that if amount not in, service will be suspended again then he start saying how come? (since he asked this qns, mean he is nt going to clear his outstanding amount) I told him that this is out of goodwill that i will resume the service for him, as we are told nt to resume any service for customer if there is outstanding amount. He ack and i told there will be a re-connection fee of $16.05. He asked me to waive that off for him.. Fk him sia.. I checked on his records always dun want to clear his bills and always wait for 3mths to clear a bit.


fk up sia.. Told him im nt the one in-charge of bills and he keep asking me to explain to him bits by bits and mentioned he want me to waive off the re-connection fee for him.. I dun want to waive.. Cos if i waive again, he will call in the next time round and ask for the samething again.. He wasted my fking 1hr to argue with him.. I was soo damn angry and i told him i will get billing dept staff to call him and told him will waive off the re-connection fee for him out of goodwill..


Anyway, i chk on his records, billing staff gave in.. They waive off something for him.. Im sure he will call in again to dispute on why his service is suspended again and ask for more waiver again.. This type of ppl, OH MAN.. And it's ah neh some more..


Arrr!! Forget it.. Im damn pissed off.. It's over! Anyway, this is the working life.. Have to take it.. Money is still the most important thing.. hahaha!!


ok la!! I wanna go and watch some movies to relax myself.. Bye!!

Mervin u ROX...

Hello!! Yesterday dun seem to be a busy day.. Less call wait. There was still call wait but much much lesser.. But Dear florence was damn stress up.. Looking at her call stack she almost go emo.. I was trying my best to hit at least 38 calls before 12am, so that i can passed.. Last 1hr i chiong like siao.. And YES.. I passed.. With total of 40 calls and 6.2 call per hr.. Phew.. I tot i failed.. Thanks god for saving me man..


Look at the Title.. Im sooo damn Proud of my cousin MERVIN CHUA!! He passed his PSLE.. He did it.. Everyone was soo damn worry about him. As the only subject he passed most of the time was English.. But this time round he PASSED ALL (Some more with gd Grades).. Mervin u hv show us that u can do it.. U ROX MAN.. Congratz!!


My team leader is flying off to philippine (did i spell it correctly??) coming sunday.. Will only be back on 15 dec 2008.. oh man .. Starhub have call centre in philippine and my team leader is there to do the check and guide them.. As team leader hv to do that..

Congratz, Awaiting

Today is my off.. Have not been sleeping well for the past few days.. Therefore, nowadays slept still 2pm den wake.. Bath and off to work..


Last saturday after work, went over to uncle Sam's daughter chalet.. LOL!! Went there chit-chat and the rest gamble.. -.- Den I reach hme at around 7plus in the morning.. Slept awhile n woke up at 10++ am..


After in the late afternoon went over to my mum big sister house-warming.. Had dinner and stay awhile den home sweet home.. Nth much to do..


My off day suppose to be yesterday but swop with Ai Ling as she have something on yesterday.. Man.. Ever since nov started, we hv damn damn damn lots of calls.. Usually the calls wait hit up to 40 to 50 over.. Which there is no prob at all.. Oh man.. Damn..


Hmm, oh yesterday my team leader told us that our team is in the top 5.. Ranking num 4.. Whoohoo.. We failed to fall into top 5 on sept but manage to do it on oct.. YEAH... Congratz!! Whoohoo.. My team leader was damn happy sia.. LOL!! Cos it is damn hard to to be in top 5 as there are soo many teams in maxonline department..


Oh man(I dun know why, i have been started using it almost everyday.. -.-).. Lately, i have 2 bad dreams. And it's all about r/s again. KNS!! U see la.. WTF!! Life sux man.. Im giving u chance again and again.. Awaiting for u to say that.. N that's the end.. did i mentioned anything??

Today im off.. But almost half of my day was spend sleeping.. -.- I woke up at 2plus in the afternoon.. Whoohoo.. But im still damn tired.. Oh man, my stress days r here.. Anyway, im gonna be damn busy frm tomorrow still saturday.. -.- Answering calls every few sec.. Sigh!! My buddy left already.. He is the one that guide, teach, help and jokes with me.. Actually, he is our nite shift best buddy.. Drive us out for dinner also.. Oh man, nw he left, im kinda lonely already.. He is the one who help almost everyone.. Cos he is the one that can explain to us very clearly.. :(


Hmm, Saturday went out with Sharon(gal gal) and her bf.. Dear didn't join us cos he went to malaysia.. We went shopping.. haha!! Anyway, gal gal told me something, " Gal Gal told me that her bf said florence's bf very hao lian.." haha!! I told gal gal that WOW, ur bf very smart sia.. Didn't really meet out and didn't really talk he knw my bf very hao lian.. Well, i strongly agree with gal gal bf.. Which I know that my bf is damn hao lian..


Gal Gal told me, why didn't u change him and tell him.. 1st of all, i can't change him as it is since ITE still nw and that's his character.. 2nd, Im the type that dun wanna hurt ppl.. 3rd, all his family member are behaving in this way.. No point changing him.. This is also the reason why his ex-gf left him.. -.- Hmm, he is kinda lucky that i can tolerate him for soo long.. Which i think, u can always look at his gd points den his bad points rite? Anyway, im the type that keep quiet at time hint the person, but if he failed, den goodbye.. I have temper but i can control.. If nt i dun think i can stay in starhub still today.. LOL!!

Yesterday i slept at 7plus or 8plus in the morning.. (: was watching mobtv still i fell asleep den woke up and out the whole damn day.. whoohoo..


Met Sin Yee at Woodland at around 5.45pm and we took bus to woodland checkpoint / woodland central for some shopping.. Sin Yee wanna get PSP while i was doing some research on the price too.. (: Hahaha!! Whoever wanna get PSP slim, better get NOW.. The price is increasing man and it is 101%..


Hahaha!! Sin Yee said im still soo lame.. And of course im still as lame as before.. :) Im always damn lame.. Be it in the office or with friends.. It is still nt too late to knw.. whahaha!! In the office, the team leader cannot stand me.. haha!! Well, at work, there must be a joker around.. If nt it's gonna be damn damn sianz.. :D


After that, Sin Yee and me had dinner den we walked around causeway point and den home sweet home.. Hmm, i still dun wanna sleep yet.. Wanna watch movie again.. Muhahaha! 2morrow i hv lots of stuff to do..


Sad to say, 2morrow ladies session with Sze Rong, Bee, Arina is cancel as Arina mentioned she is working on saturday.. Sigh!! We tot of going to the pub and drink, chit chat still the next morning.. Arina is the one who tot of this.. Well, next time ba.. Aww, my next friday off will be next mth.. :(

Whooohoooo... After all the days of working.. FINALLY im off.. Erm, actually i should say today im on leave.. My actual off is on Friday.. Thanks god that i apply leave on the rite day.. (: Cos i hv been working n working.. OT n OT.. OH MY!! But sad to say, im dwn with sore throat and cough... That i will explain later..


One of the customer asked me this " how long hv you been working in starhub? I told her, less than 1 yr.. She was like wow.. As i explain to her all the stuff she asked me and she told me that she is very happy that she learn something new frm me.. :) Sharing session.. lol!!


Today my mood was kinda good and i manage to help all the customer still the end.. lol!! Hmm, but however, we are damn damn damn BUSY!! The calls wait is killing us.. :( Sad

As for my sore throat and cough.. Due to too much snacks (which there r really alot in the office lately.. hahaha!!) plus nt enf sleep and been talking and talking and talking.. Well!! Wat can i do?? Drink more water loh..

Im soo damn sleepy.. Yesterday was asked to OT still 4am (expected), den i said "ok loh" Den today OT frm 12pm to 6pm.. OT OT OT!! Im going to expect more OTs coming up soon.. My stress day is drawing nearer and nearer.. :( I REALLY DUN WANT TO TAKE OVER MY TEAM LEADER ROLE.. :( GOD PLS SAVE ME... My team leader is taking leave frm 9 to 15 nov den frm 23 Nov to 13dec to Philipines(as starhub have a call centre there..) HELP!! 6 more days to my stress dayssssssss....... :'( I can't reject.. Even i reject also failed.. :( The big responsibility is going to be on my hand soon..


Anyway, 2morrow all the way still wednesday im working.. -.- Thursday im suppose to work but i can't take it already, therefore i apply leave.. Sob sob... Year End promo is coming up and due to that we hv lots of CALLS.. :( Today i went to office saw about 20 over calls wait.. -.- when i left it is still around that amount.. zzzzz... The calls wait is more than the ppl answering.. =.="


Hmm, today my team leader e-mail us our oct result.. Yes, i passed once again.. This time round my total inbound call(calls i hv ans) is 794 and total outbound call is 209.. Compare to sept, oct i have more inbound and more outbound..

happy, scared and unhappy

Hello!! Just reach hme frm work.. Oh man.. Super damn tried.. Yesterday was another busy day.. Somehow quite angry also.. Cos i received alot of SLOW ACCESS cases.. FUCK!!! Eat up alot of my time on this.. Damn pissed off.. But wat to do, i cannot do much.. Let the customer shout and scold at me and do watever i can to claim them dwn..


If you guys notice i put "happy" as my title because i have received my ABCD (Above and Beyond Call Duty) award frm my team leader.. A letter frm Service Quality manager and Head of Customer service and $30 Gift Voucher frm Takashimaya.. My team leader is currently doing one more compliment and he said, if this is another ABCD award next will be $50 Gift Voucher frm Takashimaya.. Well, I dun know wat to do with the voucher..


Anyway, i was shocked when i read the letter, cos i didn't except that I can get a ABCD award frm one of the china customer because my team leader said, very hard to get ABCD frm this customer compliment letter as she did not indicate much on the letter.. She was the one i did mentioned before that she called in and said she needs the hus phone to be up before National Day.. Which i told her it is not possible as it will take 5 working days excluding PH, sat and Sunday.. I apologise to her and told her i can understand her needs and will try my best to help her.. I told her i will check and get back to her.. Spending two days to send e-mails and keeping her up-to-date. Lastly, manage to get her phone ready on National day. Well, i have to really Thank her for her feedback and thank her for trusting me..



Next, i indicate "scared" on the title is because, im taking over my team leader role for 1 freaking mth starting frm 9 of nov all the way to dec.. Have to run daily and mthly reports.. Guide the members and make sure everything is alright.. At the same time i still hv to ans calls (as im still doing my only job scope).. OH MY.. Team leader role is shit.. Very tough job.. I dun wan.. I rejected BUT failed.. :( HELP!!! Aww.. SCARED


Well, lastly i indicate "unhappy" because im ask to OT this coming Sunday.. :( It's killing me you know.. I have to work frm Friday(which is yesterday) all the way still Wednesday.. OH MY!! I started to hate november already.. :( Aww!!


Haiz!! I can sense lots of craps coming up soon.. :( One day if im die due to over work, dun be surprise.. LOL!! Anyway, i dun care much about my health already.. Work come 1st already.. 2day, i slept at 9am++ as i was watching Crime Busters x2 (叮当神探).. I was kinda shocked, as somehow in dream (which i hv already fell asleep) my grandmother(who hv passed away about 5ys ago.. But each time i think of her, i always told myself she is nt in Singapore)was asking me to go n sleep.. =.= I dun know izzit her a nt.. It's just a few sec and was awake.. (I think cos my stupid phone rang..)


Anyway, i slept for about 3hrs then check e-mails.. After that nv really do anything.. Was too tired already.. Surf the net and some gaming.. haha

FINALLY today is my OFF day.. Been working and working.. Aww.. Damn tired.. PH also have to work.. =.="


Was asked to OT still 4am again on Tuesday.. I stayed.. Reach hme at around 5am.. I almost can't wake up yesterday.. Hahaha! Delay still 2pm den bath and off to work again.. This week, we r damn busy.. BUSY.. Alot of calls but no prob at all.. Most call was all asking about promo or resume of service.. Aww.. Only a few call was normal technical prob..


I was damn busy chiong-ing calls.. My total calls for most of the days was 50 over ++ Excluding 12am to 2am.. (as the calls reset to "zero").. Anyway, manage to pass..


Lately im quite pissed off with lots of stuff.. But well, im keeping it all to myself.. Now im totally hopeless already.. No feeling at all.. Aw.. Fk, forget it.. Anyway, last sat met dear for movie, we watched HSM (high school musical). Damn i miss alot.. :( Fell asleep in between the show.. I wanna re-watch again.. Hahaha!!


Hmm, im kinda hungry.. HUNGRY!!!!!!! :D Gonna find something to eat.. Gtg.. Will upload some random photos tomorrow.. :D NOW, I wanna eat and watch crime busters x2 @ mobtv.. BYE!!

OT

Yoz!! Just now was asked to OT still 4am.. =.=" Oh my.. I rejected the 1st time. But since my team leader and most of them asked me to OT, oh well, so i stay.. The 1st time i rejected was cos, i hv to wake up early as im meeting Sharon(gal gal) and her friend at chinatown.. Her friend need model. Those with long hair for her exam.. So i hv to meet them at 12pm.. =.=


After that hv to meet dear.. Oops!! Gonna be damn tired.. Aww, i dun think i can sleep already.. Cos if i sleep, im gonna slp all the way still 1plus.. LOL!!


Anyway, today seem to be very busy.. Alot of calls.. Well, i kena one dispute case.. This cust a bit lame.. Guess he want to get free service frm us.. He was using flexisurf by hr and he mentioned that he terminated the service as he want to use flexisurf by day.. Den he told me his wife called the bank and they was told that there is a $10.70 charge from starhub due to the termination. But now he can't surf the net.


I told him to fax in the credit card bill so that i can check. Den he was like, you are asking me a impossible thing.. Im like "......." I told him to wait for the bill and den fax it in to us.. I apologise to him that i can't do anything as there is no bill or anything shown on our system. He was like, can i speak to your supervisor?? I told him, i can get them to call u, but i can't promise that they will call you today.. Then he was like, is ok never mind i will stop using the service and i have the POWER to ask all my friends to stop using the services and he just hung up.. LOL!! Somehow can tell that he is asking for free services.. hahaha!!


Anyway, working in this line, you really have lots of funny calls.. ALOT!! At time u really feel like giving the ppl a slap on the face.. aww.. Or scold them.. But i think im a bit too soft hearted to do that.. hahaha!!


Oh ya, Congratz to my dear friend for having a compliment.. :D WORK HARD wor.. Yeah!! Hope this compliment can be an ABCD(Above and Beyond Call Duty) award.. :D

Yoz.. Just finished watching THE NOOSE (ch 5) and Life Transformers (心晴大动员) ch8 on mobtv.. Life Transformers is really a great show. After watching it, i notice there are lots of ppl in Singapore who really need our care and concern.. Each time i watch the show, i always want to go down there and help our.. I find that they really needs our care, concern, help and love..


Im now very tired but I still dun wan to sleep yet as i want to watch movies.. hahahaha! (: Yesterday at work was HELL again.. Alot of calls.. Most of us answer about 50 over calls.. If im not wrong i answer about 60++ calls.. =.=" You can see how busy we was..


Oh ya, im manage to find out that ABCD stand for Above and Beyond Calls Duty. Saw this at Starhub intranet site..


Yes!! Finally, today im off.. Whoohoo.. Well, alot of things happen at work.. Which i really find it damn shit.. They are making me wanna quit this job even more.. Ha, i hv been saying that i want to quit. But hey, im still stuck there.. LOL!! Well. as i said, i hv set a target for myself.. I want to work for 9mths and i will do it.. If I can stay for 1yr.. sore throat, compliment

Hello!! Finally today is my off day.. Been awaiting for this off day.. Cos this whole week is hell.. Sooo busy.. Im sure later will be busy too.. I keep on chiong-ing to ans more calls.. Cos of the numbers and numbers.. =.=" Making myself soo damn tired..


SHIT!!! Im hving sore throat.. Damn! Aww.. Keep coughing and coughing.. AWWWW.. Sianz la.. Stupid!!


Oops, i forget to check what does "ABCD" mean.. Will check on monday.. hmm, i have another compliment.. (: This customer was soo pissed off when he called in.. He was like shouting and mentioned that he hv been calling in since afternoon to resume his service and no one did for him.


I explained to him that it will take 24hrs. But he just insist that we can do it faster.. Which he mentioned there was once an agent did it for him within few mins.. Den he said " is there any manager that i can speak with?? " I didn't answer his qns but trying to clear his mind to another topic.. Cos i dun want to trouble anyone.. LOL!! And he forget about it (:


So, i saw that he hv provided us with the reference number and so i resume his service for him.. Why no one resume his service is because, his account nth inside. In order to resume back, we have to calculate the contract end date (which is fking damn troublesome and once we do it wrongly den it gonna cause alot of prob..) and add all the stuff back one by one which eat up alot of our time too.. Everyone is now MAD on numbers.. That's e reason why no one added it for him.


And soo, Since im the 5th person who kena him and he nag at me.. Well, so i wasted my time to added the services back for him.. He was soo happy and mentioned this is wat customer service is.. Fast and good service.. He said, he work in customer service line too and he knows how it goes..


And so, he was v happy. Actually, if i were him, i will get damn mad too.. Cos he hv called in soo many times with the same issue, dun u think it's a bit too much?? (im mean the customer service) Anyway, he cool dwn after he was able to surf.. Phew..


ok i wanna sleep already.. I just hope my sore throat and cough will recover soon.. Bye!!

ABCD award

Soo refresh now.. Just had my shower.. :D Soo happy, 2day the cab driver speed all the way.. Therefore, i reach hme at 2.30am.. LOL!! Cool.. 2day seem to have a lots of calls again.. :( Busy like mad..


Anyway, I was told by my team leader that I received ABCD award.. :D Which was shown on my report card. Another member frm our team also.. :D This ABCD award is damn difficult to get.. Even if we have lots of compliment also v hard to get.. I can't remember wat's ABCD in long.. Will check and let u guys know.. But it is the service quality (SQ) thingy.. I kena for the month of sept. Im quite happy.. As I can see how difficult it is to get this award and how difficult it is to work in customer service. Your endurance must be strong.


Hmm, my team leader just sent us the report (report card aka result) for mid oct to us.. Wohoohoo.. I passed once again.. Total inbound calls received: 353.. This mth i did less outbound calls, cos nth much to follow-up :D Therefore, total outbound calls : 77 nia.. I hope this mth my calls will be better den next mth.. SO THAT PPL WILL NOT NAG ON NUMBER AGAIN..


Im asked to play dota again.. But again, i rejected.. Well, i dun know hw to play and once play and i will get hook onto it.. Den equal to i dun hv to sleep already.. Therefore, less game would be better.. Nw I hardly play rpg games.. Even maple also i nv play already.. Dun even hv the game on my pc.. hahaha..

Just had my shower.. So fresh.. :) Super tired.. (i know i hv been complaining..) Feel soo lazyand stress of course.. Yesterday I was damn BUSY.. =.=


I just HATE it when ppl there keep talking about numbers and numbers.. CALL STACK.. I tot we r suppose to provide gd services? F**K U sia.. Im getting v pissed off lately.. Due to call stack it is making me going nuts and I lost my temper v fast.. Cos some customer really need u to speak slowly guide them 1 step at the time.. And it is going to take u about half an hr.. And plus, im the type that if i wan to help, i will do it all nicely for the customer.. (I always like to say "is ok, i will hold on the line for u")... Some more esp customer hold for more then few min waiting for help, how can we not try our best to help rite????


Nw, they keep pointing on the fking numbers.. U think of this, if customer know well on computer, will they hv to calls us??? No right?? They call because they need help. They need us to assist them slowly.. If most calls took us half an hr.. Den gone.. Cos we need to hit 5 fking calls in 1hr.. (wat the fk..)


For me, calls stack sometimes i hit and sometimes i dun.. Im the type that, die die i will solve ur prob even it is nt wat im suppose to do (if i know, i will help...).. Like today, i hv one customer call in about his singnet prob, im nt suppose to help, but explain it to him and manage to make him understand..


I was thinking all the way on the cab just nw.. Why im always soo stress up?? Finally, i got an answer to my own qns.. The MAIN(90%) reason is because of the fking numbers... As each time a customer call in and delay my time to more than 5 mins den call stack sure fail.. Im Stress by the numbers.. At time, stress on dispute customer (this can understand.. cos must handle with care...)..


I guess im always stress on hw to push customer away.. HOW?? Alot of them can do that, but i just dun wan to do that.. Cos, i always put myself on customer shoe.. I always tell myself customer service mean to provide a good service to customer, put in your best effort and make sure you solve his or her problems.. Make sure he or she will not call in again with the same prob (if nt network prob.. u ppl should know why i say this.. ).. That's wat customer service..


Actually, i dun wan to blog this here.. But i hv no choice.. Im damn pissed off already.. Ppl keeping pointing at us(my dear friend, me n some others too.. ) on this NUMBERS.. Fk!! And they r trying to do sometime i think.. Well, i dun care.. So long as i give customer a good customer service, im happy with it.. Not happy den kick me out den... (why r u keeping me still NOW??)


Anyway, im counting down to throw the resignation letter already.. Actually i can throw the letter way back, since they converted me to perm on july, but i hv told myself that i want to commit 9mths and die die i will.. I just hope the supervisor dun confirm me on dec.. If soo, i hv to give 1mth notice if i wan to resign.. =.=" (that will kill me ).. I can't stand it any longer..


Alot of ppl that im close with is leaving soon.. One of them even asked me wanna join them to another company which is apple (troubleshoot mac pc).. V v gd income.. more than wat im getting nw.. I dun wan is because it is customer service (call center) again..


Aiya, I dun know la.. I dun wan to leave my friend alone inside also.. I hope one day, ppl will write in and explain wat is customer service to the bosses... whahahaha..

Yoz!! Yesterday was working.. Busy!! V busy.. =.=" So many calls.. Awww!! Anyway, overall still ok.. Was kinda sleepy to ans calls.. Therefore, I slacked alot n soo my call stack failed.. Hahaha!! I DUN CARE.. (cos too many ppl slacking already.. haha).. Sad to say, later im working.. :(


Anyway, saturday met Ai ling, Dear and nick for pool session after that met Sharon, her bf and June for movie.. We watched "Eagle eye".. Rating, 7 out of 10 stars.. Den went for some games.. LOL!!


After that, we went for dinner @ sakae sushi.. Didn't know we ate still 11plus++ almost to 12am.. LOL!! Well, no train hme.. So cab home :D (use to it already.. No feeling already).. Overall it was quite ok.. The best part was to see my dear friend Ai Ling was shocked, cos we gave her samsung digital camera.. hahaha!! She tot we will get her harddisk.. :p Whahaha!!
