My title as "LOL".. U ppl must be thinking why rite?? Well well well.. Cos i fell dwn on wednesday.. All thank to e rain.. Almost just roll down frm e staircase.. But thank god, my reaction was quite fast to react.. Kena my right leg and hand.. Didn't kena my head.. PHEW!!! :) Lalala!! But im still in pain nw. Just let it be..


You know wat, i finally manage to get my login ID and password for my allowance and cab claims.. FINALLY!! I did knw wat those ppl doing.. Lots of prob.. Awhile can't login, awhile some login ID given out wrongly and awhile sales agent ID error... =.=" But wat e fish this ppl doing..


Anyway, there was lots of prob lately at work.. Prob as in SYSTEM... I hate it man.. But hv no choice.. Not enf time for me to slack already.. NOW, i just want to CHIONG AR... And im going to give out lots of stuff already.. Gonna to work n work already.. Im DAMN tried OF IT..

another compliment

Hello!! Im home.. Back frm work.. Just nw Im super ultra tired.. But now, im super awake.. :D I dun know why.. 2day dun seem to be a gd day.. But overall, it is still nt bad..


2day, my calls was bad.. Bad as in my calls stack.. :( My team leader told me that boss complaint already.. So im trying my best to hit as many calls as possible.. Dun want to get my team leader into trouble.. Im trying my best to give more quantity den quality.. But it is v hard.. Im e type that die die must solve the prob and die die must make cust happy.. Everytime, if i would reject a cust, i feel bad.. :( I even hv cust asking me about virus, msn, e-mails and many more, which is out of my scope. (or should i say out of our scope)


I tot, customer service should hv more on quality den quantity?? Why r e bosses looking for numbers?? I tot, less ppl calling in mean e service is gd?? Am i rite?? dotz..


Anyway, I will try my best.. Trying hard.. Hmm, i received another compliment frm one of e customer again.. And, this compliment is frm the customer that i mentioned before in my psot that he nag at me for almost half an hr. He complaint about tech..


I gave me a call back as i mentioned to him that i will do a sub-check for him with reg to his internet and complaints.. And i did.. Called him back and he started nagging to him again with e prev tech agent that he spoke to.. This time round it was nt half an hr, but 1hr+++ Frm complaint den to his laptop setting up mails (wish i guide him) and den back to complaint again and den to some human character and den to olympics.. Den after that he said to me, i will write in to compliment u.. Actually, i need to Thanks the cust, as he really told me lots of stuff that i think he was rite.. I learn something frm e cust and cust learn something frm me.. :D WIN-WIN


Hmm, Im trying my best to provide both quantity and quality.. It will be hard but, i can do it.. Yes i can.. :D Jia u!!

Just came out frm shower.. 2morrow off.. Erm, i should said 2day off.. :) 2day most of e nite team went to one of e team leader hus again(same team leader). Haha!! Cos it was pay day activity.. Sad, i dun hv pay day :( (will explain it later).. Well, they went there to gamble, play games n eat.. LOL!! I didn't go, cos im nt in e mood..


Anyway, i hv no pay day cos, been 1mth n 12days, i haven get my passwords to login to claim my cab fare, OTs n etc.. :( They delay n delay n delay.. I ask n ask n ask still im tired.. :( Sigh!! Wat to do?? Im still paying for my cab fare which is over $400 already.. zzz.. Im giving them e last chance.. If i haven get it by end of this mth, im sorry, im gonna report this to e asst manager.. Most all of us hate him e most.. And he was e 1 that helped me to get my e-mail acc after i was converted.. If nt they will delay again.. =.="


Hmm, 2day calls seem ok.. But frm wat i knw, there was an islandwide outage AGAIN.. (noted, i use e word "AGAIN").. Dun know wat's happening to e system.. It's e 3rd time already.. Anyway, overall calls was ok.. Able to handles most of e calls..


After that, around 1am, few of them was playing this riddles thingy.. Haha!! I join in.. Cos im tired of answering calls.. It was fun, smart but v lame.. Im stuck at lvl 7 (which indicated 7.. for those who dun know..) 2day on leave, cos i need to go for doctor appt @ National Heart Centre again.. 2day i was late.. haha!! Didn't reach on time for all my appt.. 2day was late cos i didn't sleep the whole day, can't slp so was watching drama still 8plus den had 2hr++ nap.. After that check e-mails and was looking at my facebook profile.. :)


Anyway, i hv no comment.. Dun wish to say much.. Wat e doctor said i just smile and that's all.. Dun know why e doctor check my blood pressure.. Zzzz.. And he told me i hv low blood pressure too.. =.=" Which i know but didn't mention to e doctor e v 1st visit.. :D My next appt will be next year.. Sianz, i tot i dun hv to follow-up.. awww...


2morrow going back to work.. Must chiong hard again.. Past few days was damn stress, busy and tired.. But there r still times whereby we r doing nth..(frm 1am to 2am) LOL!! Below pic can tell everything.. I was playing wih my new phone :)

Hello!! I just reached hme nt long ago.. Busy working hard.. Im still sick but i still can handle.. :D Im nt operating properly and the pc i used also nt operating properly too.. It gave me prob.. Can't surf the net, can't msn, can't do much.. =.="


2day the v 1st call i had was zzzz.. I let the cust nag at me for almost half an hr ++.. =.=" and the stupid thing was, the whole case was nt by me.. Wat i did was, cust called to change appt and i e-mail n updated the case. That's all.. And seem im e last person to update the case, i kena.. =.=" cust e-mail to complaint tech was rude.. Nt 1 but 2.. He said e 1st tech was asked to leave cos he was damn rude.. So we sent dwn another tech for cust and he said, he was rude too.. =.="


Therefore, 2day i called to check on his internet connection and he started to nag n nag n nag.. Without saying anything, i let him do so.. Hey, but i think he was right at some pt of time.. Haha!! I added some comments for him also.. And we luff.. hahaha!! And soo e complaint turn out to be just a simple feedback.. :D He was quite happy and ended e call nicely..


I guess i learn something new frm him.. Guess he is right about human begin.. Maybe singaporean.. haha!


Anyway, 2day no high call wait so still ok.. So i still can slacked and rest.. (: Most of e cust still ok.. But v rude.. I dun care.. Nth i can do..

Tired, sleepy, stress n moody.. Aww!! Im sick.. stupid sore throat n headache is killing me. Aww!! Wat can i do?? nth...


Anyway, 2day i was moody most of e time.. My best team leader(n he is really e best) said he want to resign already.. He said, he hv submitted his letter already.. =.=" Nw i think i really wont stay long already.. Im trying my best to stay, but i dun see e need to do so.. U need help but ppl pushing around n pretend HE nv hear u.. Wat is this?? Oh well!!


2day, im already nt feeling well and needs to handle all sort of shit customer wish i raise my voice to 2 of e customer.. That's was my last 2 calls.. 1 of them is, unable to surf.. checked her ip add and i found out that she might be using static ip which im like SHIT..... I wasted half an hr to get her to key in "cmd" and "ipconfig".. 1st to blame my lousy chinese and 2nd was her OS in english which she dun know wat is wat.. I almost gave up.. Still i finally manage to get her to tcp/ip to change to obtain ip add automatically..


1st time she failed cos she nv apply her setting and 2nd try ok.. checked ip ok. able to surf already.. Im sorry to e customer as i know i raise my voice which she can hear frm my voice that im PISSED OFF.. Sorry!! I didn't mean to.. I really didn't mean to.. My throat was damn pain n im restless.. =.=


After that, another customer.. Which im totally soo pissed... Dammit.. I argue with him alot of times.. He thinks that his pc is ok n blame e fault at e modem.. Explain and educated him already.. But he said his pc is ok.. Wat sia.. I totally gave up and dun wish to argue with him so i arrange tech to go dwn 2morrow to test.. Im sick n tired to argue with him soo i waive off e charges for him.. I can 100% assure is his pc prob.. Gonna wait n see wat tech comment was n gonna call him back.. I told him i will sub-check and follow-up..


2day off.. But im going out.. Which i dun hv e mood.. But i can't say no.. Meeting my bf.. So, i rather suffer den seeing him unhappy..


U might be asking, im sick but why im still awake at this time?? e reason is simple.. I can't slp.. Anyway, im signing off already.. Bye!!!!!

Love Blossoms 心花朵朵开

Yoz!! 2day was my off day.. Met Ai ling in e afternoon to get some stuff den she went to work while me home to rest.. Not feeling well.. But well, i dun care..


Anyway, 2day stay at hme and been thinking quite alot. Esp when i was watching Love Blossoms @ movtv.. haha!! Started to sign-up for mobtv cos i miss lots n lots of shw which i wanna watch.. Therefore, i sign-up.. :D It's quite cheap, 3mths for $33.. :)


I dun knw why my mind is somehw back to e day whereby im thinking and sitting dwn asking myself alot of qns.. Lots n lots of qns.. Oh well.. Im giving myself lots of stress lately which i dun knw why.. Which nw im puzzle .. Im trying to work n get myself numb.. Get myself dwn and forget every shit i face.. Ha!! Im trying hard to think positive.. That's e reason why i work n work n work.. Ha, and im following TS.. Work to numb our mind n body.. hmm..


At times ppl asked me, why im so quiet?? Reason is v simple, cos i dun wan to speak up and hurt ppl.. I rather keep it to myself and suffer.. Since young and that's me.. Hurting ppl causes more trouble, but hurting myself cause no trouble at all.. So it's much better.. 1 person suffer den many ppl suffer.. And that's e reason why i dun really talk.. Cos e more u talk, e more trouble.. Only time i talk alot is when i trust e person who can really understand me and really willing to talk to me.. N if u r 1 of them that i talk alot with, mean i trust u.. Even i hardly talk to my mum and my family members.. haha!!


Anyway, sorry for e emo emo post.. Hmm, yesterday work and received another compliment frm customer.. Thanks to the customer.. She was really a nice lady frm china but living in singapore since 2002.. She called in n mentioned that she needs her hus phone up ASAP (and really asap). She sign-up on e 6 aug and wan her service to be up by 9aug or 10aug.. But i explained to her that it is impossible. She said she needs to receive urgent calls frm her family(which is frm china)during e weekends.. I told her i understand her needs for the phone to be up ASAP, but e policy is, it needs 5 to 7 working days.


Trying my best to explain to her.. However i failed to do so.. Therefore, i told her, i will try my best to help her. So i e-mail to e sale team to do it quick.. Trying my best.. And customer called in again and i answer.. She was somehw quite happy and gave all e information i needed to send e e-mail.. Den i try explaining to her again.. But she said, if it would take 5-7working days, i would rather terminate den.. I hope u can understand that i really need the phone and would be happy that u can help..


Therefore, i asked one of e team leader to help me with e e-mail (cos i need template and nt sure who to send to.. But nw i know.. :D ).. But customer called back on e same day again.. Nt answer by me.. And e agent do e samething as wat i did.. Anyway, e next day, i reach office, e v 1st thing i did was checked e-mail and gave customer called back(which i promise to do so..) and she was v v v happy.. She was soo pls that i call back and her phone is up within 1 to 2days..


Well, basically, if i were to put myself in customer shoe, i knw hw customer feel and that's e reason why i try my v best to help her.. So long as end up customer is happy im ok.. And so, at times i really hope ppl would really think before they f**K ppl.. Think before u act.. Put urself in e person shoe and think wat will happen if it happens to u?? Hw u wan it to be? Hw would u feel??


Ok!! I wanna sleep already.. Damn sleepy and sick.. Gd nite all!!

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY TO SINGAPORE!!.. Well, 2day im working.. Haha!! Im working as per normal.. No OT.. But maybe double pay.. :D

Im somehw controlling myself.. Was nt sure why i hv that type of feeling in my mind these few days.. Get kinda PISSED OFF... Den dear was smsing me that he had a nightmare on friday nite.. With reg to me.. It was damn true man.. I was intend to ask for xxxx... After e sms, i hold back..


FUCK SIA!! I dun know wat e hell im doing.. But im damn tired, nt tired with e r/s.. But damn tired with e shit i hv.. ALL MY FAULT.. WHO ASK ME TO WORK IN STARHUB.. (where i dun hv weekends off.. But nw i do hv but 1 random weekend off..) WHO ASK ME TO WORK AT NITE.(where past few mth as tmp, i was working frm 2.30pm to 12am and nw 4.30pm to 2am.)


NOW is like totally damn fking shit that i can only go out with 1 person which is my bf.. Is like i totally cannot meet anyone else.. Cos most of them r only free on weekends.. But, i can only meet 1 person.. Was suppose to meet Ai Ling n June for movie 2morrow and asked my bf to join but he rejected.. And so i rejected ai ling n june just for him..


Baiscally, i wanted to ask for xxx nt because of this stupid reason.. But other reason which i hv been keeping it to myself since v long ago.. (when i just grad frm poly).. Well, i can choose, either to quit my job if nt......


While im working, i sms less cos im fking damn busy.. E calls keep coming in and i hv calls to hit.. How izzit possible for me to keep smsing?? watever la.. ALL MY FAULT..

sleepy

yoz! Im super ultra tired.. Yesterday OT still 4am.. Oh my.. Well, those agent working frm 9pm to 9am does nt hv enf ppl to cover. Therefore, we r asked to OT.. Somemore yesterday at around 1am all e way still 4am, there was call wait due to suspected outage at AMK.. =.=" Yesterday, im a bit crazy, chiong-ing all e way to ans calls.. nv go for dinner and nv go for my 15mins break.. LOL!!


Anyway, i reach hme at 5am.. =.=" nv sleep and around 8plus went over to one the starhub cust hus to help her solved her internet prob.. LOL!! FOC wor.. But the cust gave me transport fees.. Basically, she was unable to surf for quite sometime and called us just last sunday.. Helped her troubleshoot over the phone but she dun really get wat we r talking about.. So i called her via my own phone and told her, why nt i go dwn n help u up since we r staying soo close.. Help her and found out that her pc is giving her prob... I hv tried with my own laptop already.. Checked her wireless ok. signal ok. internet ok... Explain to her and gave her options to solve the prob..


1) I told her to re-install her network card driver

2) Get pc vendor to help her (i dun dare to help her, cos i need to protect myself :D )

3) get a USB wireless adapt to get e desktop surf wireless since she hv a router and wan to go wireless too.

And she took choice num 3. Told her to call me if she needed help again and she ack.


At times, im thinking im over doing it already.. But at times i sit dwn n think, if im e cust wat do i expect?? And i always encourage myself that, if i can help, i will go for it. Like, i hv cust called in on hw to do a system recovery also.. =.=" Did guide him, but did adv him to call pc vendor if still cannot solved.. Cos we r nt suppose to help.. lol!! If i can't apologise and guide cust to e correct ppl.


Anyway, just nw once i reach hme i slept for 3hrs den woke and im nt feeling quite well.. =.=" Oh well.. I dun know wat to say.. I hv change my doc appt frm 2day to next monday for some heart scan.. Can delay i will delay.. Dun really feel like going.. =.= haha!!


Hmm, i hv change to a new phone.. Not LG but samsung F480 I love the phone a alot.. It is nt WLAN enable but i just love e design and function.. hehe!! Some more i hv 30% off(mthly sub) which i didn't knw still e sale agent told me.. whoohoo.. :D

oh no!!!

Finally here comes my off day.. lol!! Been busy most of e time and chiong-ing to hit my calls.. So nowadays, whoever sms me, msn me(if i online mean i reach workplace half an hr early, if nt, mean i nv go for dinner), i nv reply.. Damn busy to bother about others stuff..


Now totally different already, more stuff 2 do.. Like reading e-mails, check cases and hit calls.. Awww!! Den at nite,around 8plus to 12plus e call wait is like hell.. Getting more n more dispute cases also. SIANZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Anyway, 2day my last call was somehw end with a gd smile.. This customer called in, unable to access to mail.yahoo.com.. Each time he click on mails, e page gt disconnected and said e page cannot be display.. He said, he surf outside was ok.. Only when he try using starhub and via direct connection somemore den he face this prob.. No other pc to verify.. So i somehw a bit lost but i try my best to guide him to access e page via IP add, still can't. Guide him to do a ping test was ok. Was about to send his case to our network engineer to check den i guide him to do ipconfig/release and renew.. Den told customer try again.. And it works.. I was like phew!!!


Cust mentioned that hw can i thank you? How to feedback? I told customer you dun hv to. That's my service. Told customer, as long as, u r happy with our service im ok. Customer smile and he took dwn my name and my surname.. Told customer he can look for me if he needs help. Customer ack.. LOL!!


But i forgot to follow-up 1 case.. Which my day turn out to be a sad day... SHIT!!!! Just re-call when im waiting for cab.. I suppose to call this customer back at 7pm, but i went out for dinner and came back i chiong all e way to ans calls n forget.. SHIT!!!!! I told my team leader straight just nw.. Reported to him my mistake.. This is my mistake.. I just hope NO DISPUTE!! If customer dispute i die.. I dun wan to trouble my team leader or anyone..


Den Stupid me, forget to take dwn customer call back timing on my notepad, if nt i will know.. So nw im guessing.. Trying my luck to guess.. I took dwn all e customer name who i spoke with before.. Contact number depend.. Well, 2morrow i will personally call back customer(hope i called e rite person.. no account and records with me..) to apologise and troubleshoot with her.. Stupid me!! I can't sleep already sia.. TOO WORRY!!!! =.=" May god bless me...


ok!! Going to watch movie to relax myself.. Calling customer 2morrow morning at 8am or 9am.. At least if i call e wrong person, i still can go back to e office.. My team leader asked me to call him 2morrw so that he can handle e case for me.. But i dun want. Dun want to trouble him.. It is my mistake so i must do it..
