Sakae Sushi

Hello!! 2day woke up late.. =.=" Im suppose to wake up at 9plus in e morning.. But, i woke up at 1plus.. ZzZz.. Slept at 3 or 4am, can't really remember.. Anyway, woke up den settle my own stuff..

Hmm, den at nite, brought my mum to Sakae Sushi for dinner.. :D.. My mum like it.. heee!! Yummy!! Hmm, it was kinda random.. Nv plan... My mum was asking me, wat i wanna eat for dinner.. At 1st i said nth.. Den suddenly i said, y nt sakae sushi.. My mum said ok.. haha!! I think i should do that often.. Finally, hv 1 weekend off..(hmm, e next 1 will be on july i guess.. =.=" ) So must make full use.. :D I didn't take alot of pics.. Cos both of us was enjoying eating.. lol!! ;p

hmm, 2day nv meet dear.. gonna meet him next week for movie n shopping.. Since he can tk off.. whaha!! That's wat he told me.. LOL!!

ok la!! Need to go and settle my stuff already.. BUSY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello!! Back frm work.. Wanted to OT still 2am.. But my colleage dun want.. At 1st in e afternoon said "ON".. But after that said dun want already.. Cos just nw there was 1 call made him soo fed up..

As for me, i also dun wan.. Cos doing it alone a bit funny.. Plus, i dun know y i dun want.. hmm.. Anyway, im ON.. whaha!! Im kinda super HIGH today.. Find time past damn fast 2day.. I dun know y too.. Maybe 2day was a busy day.. hmm, i dun think so le.. Hmm, i should say 2day was quite slack but stuck on calls.. =.=" Hahaha!! That's y time past duper fast.. :D

I was saying, maybe we can will work frm 2.30pm to 2am.. yeah!! ON!! :D Maybe frm next week onwards... Earn more $$$$.. MAYBE!! See our mood.. lol!!

Actually, im sleepy nw. But i can't slp.. =.=" why why why????? Currently, tving and blogging.. later mahjong.. :D

Hmm, 2day calls r quite ok.. But my calls r sux.. I think i hv total of 38 or 39 (plus outbound)calls nia.. Oh man.. IT SUX!!! Anyway, 2day cust was damn gd.. U explain to them nicely, they r ok.. Somehow, they listen.. Hmm... hw i wish everyday we hv this type of cust.. Well, shall WAIT LONG LONG DEN....

2day short post.. My main purpose of this post is to post e upcoming event.. Hahaha!! Im kinda happy 2day.. Yeah!! Meaning to say, im happy to get back to work 2day.. YEAH!!

Hahaha!! Cos i check my off and yes, 100% 2morrow off.. No wonder im soo happy.. lol!! Next reason, was finally i get my full salary(cos for e past mth March and April, there was training added to it.. So get v little.. =.=").. So, yesterday i look at my basic for this mth.. WOW!! whahaha!! Im sooo happy and somehw gt e power to work more OT.. More OT more $$$$$.. :D

WALLS OF JERICHO

Hello!! Hmm, yesterday i can't slp sia.. Went to bed at 5am.. Cool ar?? Im tired but can't slp.. I dun know y too.. Then 2day, woke up at 11plus.. Den went to e coffee shop to buy my lunch.. Been long since i last had a proper meal.. =.= Usually, woke up, had late breakfast.. Eat bread and den off to work all e way still 12am.. No dinner, only water.. So I always drink iced milo or iced coffee.. :D This gonna go on for 7 more mths.. unless my shift is change..

Anyway, 2morrow going back to work again.. Work and den finally one and only weekend off.. Sat im off.. yeah!!! Going to stay at hme and accompany my mum.. Everyday i reach hme, she slp already and everyday she went out im sleeping.. =.="

Den working all e way.. :D Sad, wonder when is my Sunday off.. Super sad, 1mth 1 weekend off. WTH!! Nvm la.. Think positive! Money money money.. hehehe!!

FINALLY!! Oh my, finally.. Here is my off day (2morrow off :D ).. Gosh!! After working frm last sat onwards.. Super duper tired... Was super duper busy too.. This mth, totally a busy mth.. My calls can end up to 40++ to 50++ =.=

If im nt mistaken, on e Monday, i almost kena.. Or i guess hv already kena dispute.. This Fking indian lady.. U see indian again...KNS!! (im nt being racist.. So pls dun get offended).. FK sia!! She made me EMO for e rest of my day.. Almost scolded her on e phone.. 1st of all, she called in.. And said i need u to check my appt, e cableTv tech haven come down.. Can u help me check? I asked her hw can i address u? Den i asked her, can i hv e sub nric for verification. Den she said "can u quick" y r u asking soo many qns.. I shouted back at her.. Mdm, I need ur NRIC number for verification.. Den she give.. WTF! If she nv give, hw am i suppose to check her fking appt.. Lame shit.. Den she said, ask and ask so many qns for wat?? FK sia.. 2qns she said alot.. hw can i address u and can i have e sub nric number and that's all.. 2qns and she said alot.. WTH!!

Den is like im soo suay sia.. Not even my prob i kena.. This kuku tech when down early waited frm 7.15pm to 7.30pm and this indian cust nt at hme.. Actually, i dun know who is e liar sia.. That indian cust said, tech nv call her at all.. She nv received any miss called.. But e tech said did call both her hus and mobile but no1 ans.. WTH!! So no1 ans, e tech leave a door hang at cust letter box, cust gate can't hang anything..

Den this fking lady said, i nv see anything.. I was home before 7.15pm.. =.=" I dun care, i nv received any door hang.. No miss called at my phone also.. My maid nv hear any hus phone ring too... WTF!! I called e tech, check with them and they said e tech did called her.. Even e tech agent also did called her.. FK sia.. I asked can e tech make a U-Turn back.. Ans is NO!! Den i was asked to tell e indian lady to book another appt same time as we can do it for her same time.. But she just does nt wan it..

Den she said she wans to talk to e cableTv side.. Cos i told her i can't do much at my side.. As im e Maxonline tech.. Plus, im trying 2 end e call fast.. cos we hv high calls wait sia.. So i tried to transfer to e cableTv tech, and this agent dun wan to help sia.. She dun dare to handle this call.. Cos i told her dispute case.. I told her this indian lady want to talk u cabletv ppl.. But she just dun want to take over.. So hold this cust for almost 10mins.. =.=" Den e agent said, u transfer to my leader at xxxx this no.. I was about to do but kuku me, click e wrong button and e call gt cut off..

So i nv called back still 10plus.. I check if anyone kena this cust a nt.. This cust e-mail to complaint.. And she was saying talked to a lady agent and she put me on hold for 10mins and e call gt hung up.. Den she said want us to investigate.. KNN!! For no reason i kena.. Den i called her back, to confirm her appt for e next day and she said no need already.. Some1 do it for me.. FK her sia.. Liar!! I checked her acc, no1 do it for her.. She didn't even call in to book appt.. She was trying to create trouble sia.. Since she said that, i dun bother.. if i kena, they can listen to my call.. :) She made my day soo fk up.. I was soooo fed up and moody cum worry e whole fking day.. Den e next day, check her acc again, i think she did called to book appt again.. Den i saw e compaint case was closed without any comment... Phew!! I did update wat i told e cust and wat e cust said.. So guess it was ok.. Phew!!

Sibei suay on that day.. Super suay.. Somemore she is rich.. Staying in landed.. U think u rich u r big.. FK Q!! Just can't understand y, ppl who r rich tend to be soooo .......... Aww!! Forget it..

Anyway, overall still ok.. This job is ok if e calls r ok.. If u kena 1 difficult case den it will make ur day go crazy..

Anyway, since e case closed already.. Then i can finally relax.. Anyway, im feeling sad.. Can't join e rest of my classmates for Graduation Ceremony 2day.. EMO!! EMO!! EMO!! They enjoying im working and stress.. =.= " SAD!! :'( Aww!!

can't slp

since i can't slp.. I shall blog den.. Been coughing and coughing.. yesterday also e same prob, nw also.. WTH!!! sianz!! Aww!! That's y i can't slp.. Althought im v sleepy but i just can't get 2 slp .... :( 2day i decided to get back to work even im still v sick.. Cos 2morrow im off so i think should be ok..

Therefore, went to work 2day.. Suck.. I was feeling giddy and all along was blur like sotong.. Wanted to give up already.. But i told myself to endure.. At least while doing troubleshooting i still can slacked.. Closed my eyes awhile.. 2day im quite restless.. Quite lazy too.. Keep doing e short cut.. Cust cannot surf using wireless connection, i asked to connect directly without using e router.. Sob Sob.. usually i will help cust to troubleshoot both.. Even we r asked to adv cust to call router vendor.. But i find it a bit stupid, cos if we can help, y nt help them all e way.. Only for 2day, i dun since to help anyone with e router.. sob :( feel bad..

But 2day was quite ok.. Calls r ok.. 2day guess i manage to break my own record.. Manage to answer about 37 calls (including 3 outbound calls).. Guess cos, i didn't troubleshoot router so faster.. Normally only 30 or 32 calls.. or either 25++ calls.. =.=

Hmm, just nw i picked a calls frm this cust.. he was quite ok.. I was doing e troubleshooting steps with him and explain to him wat went wrong.. Den, he was saying this, actually i think u guys, e tech agent is much better den e frontline cust service agent.. I asked him, y do u say soo? He said, cos u guys willing to help in all e troubleshooting steps and r v patience with us.. I said "thanks to him" and i told him, we r still improving.. And he said, i think e best cust service is still "M1" LOL!! i didn't say anything.. Just said i see...

Overall, he was quite happy with e service and effort i took 2 do e troubleshooting steps for him.. However, his desktop still unable to surf but laptop is ok.. I explain to him e prob and seem reasonable and he agree with me and told him where 2 get router and things like that.. Some small chit-chatting.. =.= Den he was happy and he said hope u get promoted soon.. =.= in my heart i was saying to myself, i dun wan to get promoted.. But overall, im quite happy to assist him.. :D Cos he was v patience too..

Hmm, i started to hate nite team experience staff(be it team leader or pemt staff).. Some of them r ok(just like my team leader.. :D just that most e time he was nt there.. can't ask help frm him..).. But most of them sux.. There r nt friendly at all.. Is like, pls la, u think we, tmp staff (new staff), want to ask u ppl qns.. Of course we dun want too.. Just that we dun want to cause trouble and den later all kena scolding.. Aww!! Den some more, some system temp staff is unable to access which needed the pemt staff to do it.. But they give a fuck up look.. KNS!! Sigh!! But heng nt all behave this way.. Out of 10 at least there r 2 or 3 r ok.. Phew..

Anyway, all of us agree that morning shift experience staff r much more friendly.. U look at them and they know u hv prob and they will ask u, yes u need help? So most of e time we sit close 2 e morning shift staff.. hee!! Den after 6plus when they knock off we r all alone sitting at e back.. :D

Anyway, there r good and bad working at nite and working in starhub.. So ya.. ok, i want to try 2 sleep.. Damn sleepy and giddy nw.. :( I make sure i can sleep.. good nite all..

Hello!! 2day, im totally weak.. Been sleeping all e way.. Woke up once in e morning, sms my team leader telling him to update my schd for me as im on mc today.. Den sleep all e way still 5plus or 6plus.. Going back to bed again..

I can't endure anymore.. Aww!! Can't help it anymore.. damn weak.. :( Sob sob.. Anyway, yesterday i drag myself to work, even im still sick.. V gloomy e whole day.. And worse come to worse, i kena alot of stupid calls.. Which made me even more gloomy.. Aww!! I kena this kns indian(hey, im nt being racist.. So dun get offended..), e prob was, i picked e call n he was saying his digital voice home nt working.. Checked his acc, oh man, e account was suspended.. But i didn't told him it was suspended cos i saw e reports saying he was able to use in e past.. I did e troubleshooting steps for him.. But he said, i hv been doing this for countless time already.. Oh well, u wan me 2 do it again, i will do it den.. And still can't work..

So, I took down his contact number to double check with e team leader.. And he was saying, u better call back, as all e agent been saying will call back but no 1 call back.. If u dun call back, i make sure u give me free services for 1yr.. =.=" I told him straight--> OK!! Anyway, heng i didn't told him his acc was suspended(and e team leader told me nt too..I told him i didn't tell e cust that..), cos it will make things worse as another agent hv told him that.. Plus, if i would told him his acc was suspended, this will cause dispute.. As he does not hv any outstanding balance.. I just dun understand y his acc got suspended..

Anyway, asked 1 of e team leader and he helped me check with e billing department and was told there isn't any outstanding balance.. =.=" WTH??(basically, if i were e cust, i will get damn mad like him..).. den e team leader asked e billing department to resume e services for him.. And was told it will take 24hrs.. =.="

Den, i called e cust back, told him his services will be resume in 24hrs time.. He was saying i tot one of ur agent said it was resume yesterday night?? But im still unable to use e service.. And nw u told me it will reusme in 24hrs?? Wat is this?? I apologise to him, i said on behalf of starhub, i apologise for e human error that we hv done.. He was like u ppl just only know hw 2 say this..(I wanted to tell him, sir, every human being makes mistake.. But i didn't, cause i guess it will cause more trouble) I dun care, i want free service for e lost i hv.. =.=" I told him straight, btw ur digital voice is free..(cos he hv maxonline service..)He said ya, u can give me something free for my maxonline right?? Im like ....... Den i told him, ok we will waive off e reconnection fees of $16.05 and he said, wat?? U think this small amount is enf ar?? I told him is 2 services, his mobile also..

Den, he take out something else to argue.. Y my acc was suspended??? I told, cos on this so n so date u hv outstanding balance and warning was given to u.. Actually, i checked his acc and he hv paid up already but guess was due to e delay.. Den i told him straight, cos u delay e payment.. He said i pay straight away wat? I told it might due to e delay and we will only resume his services back once we received e payment.. Den he said, wat r u talking about?? delay?? The payment will only take maybe like half a day.. I told, sir, payment will be in only in 24hrs or maybe if e system breakdown or delay, it will take 1 to 2days.. It is e same for all e payment u make.. Be it, 7-11, AXS, SAM machine or internet banking.. He still argu with me.. So u r trying 2 push e prob away ar? I said, i personally, experience before sir.. I hv tried and payment was in about 2days sir.. den he pause awhile.. Den i repeat e same to him, sir, i will waive off e reconnection fees for u and ur services will be back in 24hrs time.. Den he said, so 2morrow den i will get my services back? I said yes and he said ok den.. I will try 2morrow, if still can't i will call u back.. (This time round he will ask for more.. for sure..)

Finally, he put down e phone.. =.=" I was soo sick and fuck up kena this type of call.. =.=" Thanks god, i control myself.. If nt im gonna cause more trouble.. I hv been controling hard nt to yell at him.. Phew.. Basically, i think both r in e wrong.. (e cust and us).. But honestly, after working in e company for past 2mth, i think starhub service really need to be improve.. And, WE really really need to improve.. really!! a bit of human error can really causes soo many trouble.. Seriously, i really feel sorry for e indian cust i mention above.. if i were in his shoe, im sure, i will do e same thing.. Sigh.. too bad im just a temp staff who can't do much.. I hv v limited control over e whole thing..

Anyway, yesterday i was stucked in a call and was asked to do OT(overtime) still either 1am or 2am.. I told e team leader, i will do stay still 1am as im damn sick and i really can't take it any longer.. Plus, my throat pain like hell.. Voice keep on breaking and keep on coughing.. Countless time pressing e mute button.. Some cust tot i hang up e calls.. =.="

Aww!! I need to go and sleep already.. V sleepy, giddy and sick.. 2morrow working... i hv to be v careful 2morrow.. Cos i damn blur when i nt well.. suck.. OK Good nite to all..

aaaaa.....

Hello!! Back frm work.. I still manage to edure still 2day.. Testing myself.. tesing my health.. My head is damn heavy, im soo blur n sleepy too.. hmm... Oh well, e only thing was, i gave wrong information 2 e cust.. well!! Job well done.. E stupid shit was e information was right straight in my pc and i can still give cust e wrong info... Some more it was telephone numbers.. =.=" But heng, i did double check.. If nt, later dispute im dead..

Anyway, 2day was quite ok.. Less call.. So still can slack and rest bit by bit.. Im quite happy, if i would JUST ans all e troubleshooting cases.. Cos, i love it soo much.. lol!! Cust able to surf, im happy.. :D

Just nw, i was helping this cust to do e troubleshooting and was typing his cases down at e same time too.. And he was like asking me, "r u e operator or tech agent??" This made me luff out loud.. I can't control sia.. mute e stupid softphone n luff.. Told my colleages n they luff too.. LOL!!

But after that i stop, cos this cust, was asking this "so wat time does u guys knock off?" i was saying, "we r 24/7 and i knock off at 12am".. N he said, wow.. 2day sunday u know.. how said.. =.=" somemore 2morrow public holiday.. WOW kao!! 2nd cust said this 2 me..

Anyway, im ok la.. At least i get $$$ and 2morrow double.. But i give up.. 2morrow nt going back for OT.. Im dead.. I really need to visit 2 e doc.. I need SLEEP.. I dun want to give cust e wrong information again.. Well, no matter hw hard u work, e money is always NOT ENF.. Am i right?? Health is more important..

im back frm work.. Bath already n nw blogging.. Kao.. Im dead.. Not feeling well since wednesday.. It dun get better :(.. Thanks to myself for nt seeing doctor and i went to work.. Now my head is damn heavy and throat damn pain.. Having fever too.. Sianz!

Anyway, yesterday i kena this cust.. I dun know wat to say sia.. Cust called us due her yahoo e-mail cannot send... =.= She was able to surf.. Is just this stupid mail unable to send.. E thing is, she can login and logout to yahoo mail.. But just can't hit e send button... =.=" Den there was this agent, kuku la, dun know y he/she sent 2 e backend to do a test.. =.= den e backend reply something but i can't remember. think, e backend save no same case reported and tested yahoo mail ok..

Another agent ans e call, saying cust using ms outlook.. =.=" I suay i ans e called(cust call back), check with cust, she was damn angry already.. She said HUH wat u talking about.. I hv already said "IM USING YAHOO MAIL" I wanted to tell her, is nt our network prob, as she can surf e page and she can login and logout.. But e agent send 2 e backend to check.. So no choice, i told e cust i send 2 e backend to do a check again.. I asked e backend, should we call cust to call yahoo den?? I forgt this cust acc no, if i can see wat e backend say.. but a bit lame sia.. Some cust, pc breakdown also call us.. =.=

Anyway, now im trying 2 get use it.. Answer all e funny calls.. 2day still ok.. Most calls r troubleshooting which i enjoy e most.. But 2day im too sick, so somehw abit mess up.. asked stupid qns.. But i apologise 2 e cust la.. Heng manage to solved e cust prob.. If nt die, dispute..

Sianz, 2morrow off.. but these ladies want to meet out.. June, Ai Ling and Cindy.. As Cindy celebrating her birthday in advance.. I dun feel like going.. Super damn damn damn tired and sick.. Weak like fker... See hw sia..

after so long

hello!! Im back blogging.. Sorry!! Been quite busy and lazy.. lol!! I hv been working since last wed. Finally 2day im OFF and back to work 2morrow =.= ..

Im damn tired sia.. Everyday u try working frm 2.30pm to 12am non-stop.. only rest for 1hr (dinner break), which i dun go for dinner.. Cos nth to eat there.. haha!! and 15mins short break.. That's all..

If e calls that i ans r all troubleshooting calls, im still ok.. Cos each day i learn something new.. LOL!! Cos some cust hv different error.. Soo cool sia.. I learn frm cust.. :D

Erm, just nw met dear for movie.. We watch iron man.. At 1st i tot e movie sux.. But after e movie, i think it was good.. Well, it show that i just can't judge e movie frm e poster or review itself.. haha!! Im soo stupid den..

Anyway, 2day IM OFF.. Finally.. hehe!! Actually, quite ok la.. Went out e whole day.. Time to enjoy i must enjoy.. Time to be serious, den i will be damn serious.. yeah!! Ok!! Hmm, i hv been busy working.. Still my friends said im a cow.. Was asking y do they said im a cow.. Haha!! E sms goes like this, cos cow dun stop working.. =.=" I was like LOL.. haha!! I reply back saying, i dun wanna work on weekends too.. But i hv no choice.. E stupid roster hv already set and i hv 2 work on weekends.. =.="

Anyway, work den work la.. Can't be bother.. Im feeling ultra tired only.. Talking all e way is just SHIT.. Worse when ur throat is giving u e prob and when u r hving bad cough.. I made alot cust repeating saying hello and hello u there alot of time for e past few days.. Cos i keep on pressing e damn mute button 2 drink water, clear my damn throat and cos my throat hurts.. Dumb dumb!! Was trying 2 chiong.. cos as i said we need to pick up as many calls as possible n every few sec, e calls will just come in.. =.="

Anyway, im going 2 take leave on coming sunday.. Which is impossible.. Will call in for urgent leave den.. :D (My colleages taught me that..) Ha! Cos it is mother's Day.. I wanna had a good lunch or dinner with my mum.. Im thinking, when was e last time i sit down n had a good meal with my mum.. hmmm.. i dun even recall it.. =.="

Yesterday, sad new happened in e office.. One of my colleage, which i knew during e training as we r e same batch, working on e same shift and same MaxOnline tech support analyst too.. We didn't really talk much but still ok.. E sad thing is, she was as to leave. Yesterday was her last day.. WTF sia!! Starhub dun give chance.. But heng that she dun hv 2 pay $1000 to e company..

2day, i was telling my mum hope next will be me.. Cos honestly i dun like this job.. Talking on e phone is nt wat i want.. Troubleshooting, yes im ok. But on e phone?? =.=" i dun like.. I hate talking on e phone.. Dun ask me y? cos i dun know y too.. haha.. Den another colleague also said e same thing, hope e samething happen 2 him too.. U can see how damn boring this job is.. If u r e type that hate stress, enjoy relaxing job, enjoy answering e same calls everyday, enjoying siting in e office and hate to take up any challenging tasks.. Den this job is suitable for u.. Sibei sianz..

Anyway, i just hv 2 carry on with it still one day they ask me 2 leave or work all e way still im allow to leave..

Hmm, oh ya for those who r thinking of taking up digital voice home, trust me dun get it.. I can tell u, u will get mad with it.. Anyway, Starhub hv just launch this new service.. Hmmm, Tuesday, wednesday and 2day im working.. Super tired n stress up.. Tuesday was ever e worse day i nv had before(so far).. All e damn calls i kena was damn shit.. Either dispute or resume of service.. Out of 20 over calls, i only have like 3 to 4 calls with troubleshooting.. WTH!! Dispute was, cust called in n said, y my services gt suspended?? just 2mth i nv pay up and y i gt suspended?? WTF!! Is e stupid system that suspend.. Sometimes, cust nv pay only for few dollars, e system will always suspend cause cust hv nt been paying for 2mths.. =.=" wth right? haha!!

Anyway, i was totally damn suay on tuesday.. This is wat i can say.. =.=" Kena scolding e MOST!! For no reason kena frm cust..

Anyway, i can't be bother after that.. haha!! Cause i take it as, they r scolding e company.. NOT ME!! :D Den wed and 2day still ok.. Most calls was about troubleshooting.. So im still ok.. But 2day cust, most of them was damn rude can? Nv let me finish wat i wanna said, they just hang up e phone.. WTH!! U can surf at least be nice enf, let me finish la.. =.= Aww!!

After work, went out for supper with some of e night team colleages.. Cos we share cab home.. LOL!! Company cab and all of us stay in CCK too.. Just nice.. Plus Im super hungry.. Had breakfast only.. After supper, home sweet home.. Bath and here im.. :D

Finally, 2morrow off.. I waiting for this off day for quite sometime.. Cos i wanna SLEEP!! Working on weekends.. Super sad ..

Ha!! 2day i kena 1 call, this cust soo jia liat sia.. I help her troubleshoot her internet connection and after it was working, she said, so 2day u r working ar? I said yes.. She said how sad.. diao!! =.=" dotz dotz dotz!!

Anyway, i wanna go play some game.. Den sleep!! I can't remember wat i need to do already.. =.=" forget it..
