damn sick

Damn!! Im soo sick.. Went to work yesterday but den i went hme again.. Sianz! I tot i can take it but i failed.. Called the head(which is the assistant manager n also our supervisor ) to apply for either half day or MC.. Den he told me to go home nw.. Thanks to him for allowing me to go hme..


Im too demanding.. Yesterday i was hving high fever.. So i tot i can take it.. But i failed to do so.. :( Went to the 24hrs clinic to see a doctor.. Doctor told me that due to my throat infection and that's e reason why im dwn with flu and high fever.


Reach hme, i bath, eat medicine and slept all the way frm 8plus all way to 11plus just nw.. Sianz.. Im still v sick.. Whole body aching.. :'( Lucky i apply leave.. therefore, 2day im on leave.. The doctor said wanna gave me 2days mc, but i rejected, cos i can't take anymore MC..


I really hope to get well soon.. 2morrow im going back to work.. cos i hv too many cases to follow-up.. One of the reason that i went to work yesterday was because i hv some case to follow-up.. Manage to clear it before i went home.. 2morrow more to clear.. The worse case, compensation & dispute on slow access.. Shit.. This case i hv been handling for quite sometime already.. I hope i can solve it ASAP.. Hope after T-Loan cust a modem he will notice his expectation is too much..

sick again

Just reach hme.. 2day is my off day.. But suay that im sick.. Yesterday dwn with throat infection tot nth wrong, but dammit it got worse when i woke up today.. Sore throat, Flu n cough.. :( This is soo damn suay.. :(


Anyway i still went out to meet dear(dun wan to upset him) and headed to lucky plaza as he wanna get his v 1st spec but turn out that he dun hv to wear.. Den headed to funan to look for Ai Ling's birthday present.. Didn't find any.. Therefore, headed to sim lim. And we finally get something.. We walked into sim lim and den walk staright to the shop and without thinking we get it.. (I think the sale person would love us.. He dun hv to speak alot.. LOL!!) We get her digital cam worth $190(after discount). I think she will love it man.. haha..


After that, meet June, ai ling and two of their friends, which i knw also.. Join them to celebrate Ai Ling's advance 22nd birthday.. The gals can really walk man.. I was sooo sick to join in the fun.. aww.. Den they walked up and dwn marina square to look for a nice place to have dinner.. =.=" Den finally they hv decided to eat Jack's place.. I didn't had much.. Had 2 small pcs of pizza frm dear..


After that at 1st we tot of watching movie(so that i can sit dwn n rest..), but due to the late time slot and so we cancel it .. So they decided to play arcade.. dear and me didn't play, stay awhile to watch them play and den I wanna go hme already.. So dear n me left 1st..


So im hme already.. Bath already and nw waiting for my hair to dry before i can sleep. Sianz.. Fever is going up.. Nw 37.7.. PLSSS!! I wanna work tomorrow.. Hope to get well soon..

O.o There will be a scheduled outage later at 4pm for blogspot.. Therefore, im gonna blog fast.. hahaha!! The words "outage" seem v common for me.. haha!! (u should know wat i mean.. I dun hv to explame)


Yesterday was another busy day.. Lots of calls.. =.=" And i seem to argue with cust.. Ppl r getting v demanding lately.. I just can't take it.. My last call was the worse i guess... Cust mentioned r u new here?? I said NO..


While the damn system suspended his account and it was still pending and cust called in to resume back the service. Told cust i can't do it nw.. It will take 24hrs due to some system prob (which is true.. cos it was still pending to suspend, if i would resume im dead.. I will hang the system even more..).. But this cust started to argue with me said, prev officer can resume in 15mins for him why i can't.. That's why he asked me "R U NEW HERE??" I was soo pissed off..


Den i told him, to allow me to do a checked and at 1st he disagree and den i repeated the same shit, i will do a check and get back to u.. And he said "i give u 10mins" den he hung up.. Well, i didn't call him back in 10mins time.. I try to make the system complete the suspendion 1st den resume the service back for him.. By the time it is ready, it's 2am already.. (knock time) So i get some1 to give cust a call back.. (Im sure he will complaint).. U SEE.. How rude can singaporean be.. Awww... (NO offence to anyone!! It is just wat i think..)


One of my Colleage e-mail us (niteteam) about a cust wrote in the forum to compliment me.. LOL!! It was about unable to access to some website.. click here to read.. LOL!! By fr34kz.. Thank him for that.. Im trying my best to keep in view his prob.. If prob solved i will inform him..

yoz!! Just nw after work went to bishan with Uncle sam.. We went there to find some of the Colleages (who work still 12am..), as they was there to catch prawn.. LOL!! Den went home..


2day, calls seem to be so so.. But den, nowadays im damn emo.. So i usually push cust away.. I feel sorry for them.. 2day, handle one of my dispute case.. The one asking for compensation on slow access.. Aww.. His case is gonna delay again.. Cos i arrange a tech to T-Loan him 1 CM for him to monitor for 2 weeks.. If prob persist, im going to tell, e last choice TERMINATE.. Cos, it is nt up to his expectation.. I have put in my effort to help him alot already still he just want to speak to me.. =.=" I really hope his prob can be solved, but i think it's hopeless.. ZzZz..


I suddenly miss mango juice and my poly mates.. Miss the fun we had.. :( Miss soo many things that i dun knw hw to type it out.. Words just can't describe the feeling..


Everyday, my mind is thinking lots of stuff.. Is Just that, im always keeping it to myself.. I just dun wan to share.. (only to my blog maybe.. Bt i still dun share all.. sorry ppl.. ) Cos as i mentioned, i dun wan ppl to get hurt or feeling sorry for me.. I dun wan.. I rather keep it to myself..

Im back frm work once again.. Monday was nt a gd day.. It's alway been like this.. Dispute, complaint and ppl calling to nag nag n nag.. Oh well.. monday SUX..


I hv been emo-ing the whole day yesterday.. Well, reason 1 was because, My lovely cousin mei zhen jie Jie (e only cousin who hv gd listening ears to listen to my complaint and guide me along, who jokes and luff with me..) hv flew to Glasgow (Scotland) for her degree on 21st Sept 2008 @ 10.30pm.. She will only be back in 10 mths time when she grad frm the uni..


She went there FOC sia.. Her company pay for everything.. Feel happy n proud of her as she get the chance to study oversea.. :D Im hereby wishing her all the very best for her studies.. (Jie Jie u happen to read this, just wanna said I will miss u lots n lots.. Take good good care k?)


2nd reason was, my dispute case on slow access is still nt solve.. Awww!! Is his (cust) own expectation.. I hv been giving him alot of option and information.. Currently it is already my last hope left, is to T-Loan him a cable modem and monitor for 2 weeks.. Prob persist, then terminate ba.. This is wat all the old bird told me.. We hv try our best and I have try my best to follow-up his case every week.. Im damn tired already..


Alot of ppl said, just quite la.. Since u r soo stress out and nt happy working there.. Den wat's e needs of staying.. But, i hv a target, my target is to work for at least 9mths.. If possible 1 yrs.. This my aim and this is the standard that i set for myself.. I say it, mean i will do it.. I NOT GIVING UP YET.. MUST HV THE NEVER SAY DIE ATTITUDE :)

hello!! Im back home.. No supper... Back hme to slp early but i can't slp.. :( Yesterday damn stress up(will talk about it later).. Sianz!! Im damn sick.. :'(


Dun know wat happen to me yesterday.. Damn shit.. Lots of SHIT calls.. Already damn sick already n KNS kena KNS calls.. :( Im good enf to go to work already.. Awww.. I almost give up sia.. Yesterday was just FUCK (dun feel like using this, but awwwwwwww..) up day.. kena dispute calls.. :( I really wanna cry out loud sia.. So damn fuck up yesterday.. KNS!! Damn my fucking phone device giving me alot of prob.. Cust complaint can't hear me.. Throat damn fking pain and hving fever.. KNS!! The only thing i can say FUCK...


Yesterday i almost make a VERY big mistake.. I was suppose to arrange a tech to go down to one of cust hus to check on her Cable modem.. The stupid damn shit of case is open and ready for me to call cust back to let her know on her appt date and time.. But this stupid Florence Chua Lay Cheng, call the wrong cust and arrange appt for the WRONG cust.. FK!!


Thank GOD! I verified cust address and found out that i made a mistake.. Therefore, no choice i arrange an appt for both cust and waive of the charges for them.. Stupid sia.. This is wat i will made when im sick.. (STUPID MISTAKE).. AWWWWWWWWWWW...


Anyway, im going to work later.. I just hope i can get well soon... SOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im going to sleep nw.. bye!!

Yawn, im damn tired.. Just nw I really went swimming with mei(xian).. Starting was ok, slowly it was damn cold.. Both of us swim for 1hr++.. Den went for shower.. After that dinner.. But i nv eat, had dessert.. Need some cold stuff to cool my body temperature dwn..

Hmm, e day before yesterday, i went to utilities.starhub.com to do a traceroute on livejournal, not the homepage but my friends links.. Den i send it to starhub (testing), cos it is damn shit where we keep getting the same shit calls where cust hving slow access to livejournal.. But den, they (our backend network engineers) reply to me to submit bandwidth meter too.. Wat the hell!


Well, the reason why i nv submit bandwidth meter because, my bandwidth is fine.. As I hv already tested, somemore with router.. So it is fine... Wat i just wanna know WHY livejournal webby is just SOOO SLOW.. That's all.. =.=" Actually, we r tired of it already.. Cos the ans that we get is, able to access pls sub-check.. =.=" Awww..


Throwing us with nth and expect us to tell cust.. =.=" Anyway, i hv tested already, the traceroute is ok.. No prob access to livejournal.. And i hv notice that, usually we try in the morning, everything goes well.. So most properly, it is the livejournal server lagging ba.. Cos it is US site and i think, their timing and ours is different.. Therefore, when u try it at nite, where lots of ppl access at the same time den u will hv slow access.. :) This is wat i notice..

2day, kena frm morning ppl.. Well, human make mistake.. Plus, i didn't know about it.. No one told me also.. Therefore, the only way for me to learn is to make mistake right??? The mistake i make was, i arrange an appt for cust which i help cust to force-in an appt.. Eventually, i selected the wrong code.. :( I have no comment.. I learn frm my mistake..


Whole day v emo.. Some more kena alot of slow access calls (in chinese somemore.. FK!).. Which eat up all my time.. =.=" But thanks god, i manage to hit my call stack.. Phew.. I chiong like mad 2day.. Trying my v best.. Anyway, even if i dun hit my call stack, i dun care too.. LOL!! Im still waiting for the boss to kick me out.. :D LOL!!(so that i dun hv to write resignation letter.. :D )


Im nt feeling well, but im going for swimming later with mei.. I think should be ok rite?? Anyway, nt serious wat.. It dun kill.. (: Im hving bad sore throat, cough n flu only.. Been long since i last swim.. Hehe!!

Hello!! 2day no supper.. Cos uncle beng, ming de n me dun wan to.. Therefore, home sweet home.. Im damn tired but can't slp.. Yesterday we hv lots of calls.. =.= " Busy like mad.. zz..


My calls were sux i can say.. Kinda 3 to 4 slow access in a row.. Damn.. N worse come to worse 2 or 3 was chinese calls.. Aww!! I hv hard time troubleshoot with them and guide them to utilities.starhub.com also.. =.=" Kinda 1 slow access case is equal to me answering about 2 to 3 troubleshooting case.. =.=" sianz sia.. Wat to do, i still hv to handle..


Sigh!!! Im down with sore throat and cough.. Hv been controlling v hard nt to get sore throat n cough but end up, i hv failed.. I hope it dun get worse.. PLS!! May god bless me.. Sibei sianz to fall sick.. zzzzzzzzzzz... Trying to drink plenty of water as i can..

Before that, the new did mentioned, 1 person hv it around choa chu kang area, den i told my mum, choa chu kang is such a big place.. lol!! Anyway, they come to do a check nia.. lol!!

Hello! Just came out frm shower.. Went for supper again.. However, this time round with uncle Lee and ming de.. :D LOL!! Uncle beng is off.. Im gonna be real fat soon.. Everyday supper n supper.. hahaha!! Dun be shock to see me become fat one day..


Anyway, yesterday was the only day where we wait for calls to come in.. How wonderful it can be.. Usually, after dinner (meaning 8pm onwards), the call wait is like 10 to 20 over.. Sometimes 30 over.. =.=" But yesterday, it was totally different.. We wait for calls.. Finally sia.. But the bad new is, i didn't hit my calls stack again.. If overall, yes i did hit..


Finally, 2day im off.. But going out with dear.. Den going for my cousin bbq.. I was asked to OT 2day, but i rejected.. whahaha! Cos i hv something on.. Too bad.. (:


Anyway, after 2day off day.. Im gonna work all e way again.. =.=" If im nt wrong, my next off day will be thursday.. =.="

I just reach hme nt long ago.. work n work n work.. =.=" Just nw went for supper with uncle beng and ming de again.. But i didnt eat, had drink only..


Oh well, 2day i dun know wat really went wrong with me.. I just dun get it.. Frm 4.30pm to 7pm im still ok.. Just that im hving slight headache. Which i didn't really care.. So went for dinner frm 7pm to 8pm. But came back to office late cos we went to dover for dinner (we walked).. Reach office at 8.15pm..


Den frm there onwards i was nt feeling well.. on & off, my head was spinning.. Guess due to low blood pressure.. Den shit thing was, this %&*%#*(% customer called in and was damn shit.. I said pls double click on network connection and inside network connection u will see local area connection and he was like where where.. I didn't see anything.. I was like.. ("v angry look") I told him "u should be able to see it on ur screen", and he said NO.. Den i keep quiet for awhile (cos im pissed off), den he said oh ya i saw.. (*dammit rite?? *)


Den, i said, pls rite click on local area connection and click on properties..(he did asked me, do left click or rite on properties n i hv repeated twice to him..) Den i said u will see internet protocol tcp/ip.. he said NO.. N he read out all e list inside but nt internet protocol tcp/ip.. (i was pissed off again.. ).. E worse thing is, he read out e damn description below e list of icons.. And again, i keep quiet. As i hv repeated many times still i was damn pissed off.. Den i said, r u able to see the white box?? (I do it on purpose) I sound a bit pissed also, den he finally said yes.. Guide him to change static ip address to obtain ip address automatically.. So i just wan to make sure he select the correct option. Therefore, i said, so there is no number at the IP address already rite? Den he said, YESS there is... The green dot is still there.. =.=" (wat the fish.. ) I still mentioned, so no number already am i rite? He still said YES, e green dot.. WAT THE FISH!!


I spent almost 1hr on this thing.. I can see that he was somehw doing it on purpose.. Totally cannot stand him.. Den i asked him to key in ipconfig (i repeated it more than 3 times but he dun get me.. I spell it for him somemore..) and he said ipconf and enter rite?? WAT THE........... I dun know wat he is doing.. =.=" Cos of him, i was showing attitude to my team leader(TL) just nw.. (Sorry.. Im v sorry..) Plus my stupid head was spinning.. Blur vision on & off.. KNS!!


Anyway, I did tried to calm myself dwn also.. And was nt that piss off after that damn call.. So far, he is one of the only customer that i didn't help much n didn't solve his prob. Asked him to check with pc vendor (that's wat my TL told me.. cos we suspect his pc prob).. Talking about PC.. I asked him, did he hv another pc to try but he told me nope.. So we spent almost 1hr++ and den he said, I hv another pc with me.. FK!!!!!!!! Den try on that "so call another pc" NIC nt working.. (driver nt install..).. =.=" And frm there i explain to him.. Den he understand..


I can say i suay la.. Sigh!! Im still gd enf to sooo call speak to him v nicely.. Anyway, after him another customer was nice.. Thanks to the customer as she cheer me up.. Cos we joke and talk like nobody biz... hahaha!! Frm wireless to computer to wat i study to how much i get to nurse and to her family matters.. LOL!!!.. She was soo nice and she was happy after that.. Cos i guide her frm A to Z..(which, wat i usually do to all my customer.. I dun care about min must hit 38 calls frm 4.30pm to 12am..(this is the new rule..))


Ok!! I wanna go n slp already. Later working again.. Im sorry for the kuku post.. cos i hv no1 to share my prob with.. ONLY THIS BLOG!!!!!!!! N U.. Gd nite cum gd morning!!

migraine

Im back frm work an hr back.. Reach hme shower and relax my mind awhile.. Im here to blog, is because I can't sleep at all.. My head is v painful still i wanna puke.. It all happen at around 1am++.. Awwwwwww!!


It turn out that i have slight fever too.. Wat the fish!! Sigh!! I dun wan to fall sick again.. Can't get anymore MC.. I am only allow to take max of 4 MC in 6mths.. 4 or more im dead... I know i know, drink water.. Im trying.. Every few sec the calls r waiting.. =.="


Im working later, 2morrow and the day after 2morrow.. I can't be bother already.. Im nw a workaholic.. work and work and work.. This is me.. Chiong ar!!!


I hv alot to blog but im nt in the good mood to blog for nw.. So, im gonna stop here and try to sleep.. Gd nite cum god morning to all..

Yoz!! Im back frm work.. Im kinda happy but ppl spoiled my day just nw.. Wat the fish.. If u think im too much, den fine let's just move our own way den. I hv enf.. Every week im worry thinking this n that plus with lots of stress at wrk, why thing just dun go e rite way??? sigh.. I really HV ENF............


Anyway, im kinda happy cos, another compliment coming in soon.. hmm.. One is for thursday and another one today.. Customer is happy once again.. So do i.. I just dun bother about quantity.. In my mind, quality is still the most impt.. (: Just nw, which is my last call, i spent 1hr+ to guide customer to do mac filter and explain to him wat really wireless is.. Explain to him the different with WEP and mac filter and how internet connection work..


I also guide him step by step frm how to get his mac add frm his pc. Be it win xp or win vista.. Explain when to get the mac add for LAN connection and when to get for the wireless connection.. Den guide him how to key all those information to the router.. He manage to understand. Im quite happy as i made him happy.. (:


Even if im happy, but after i knock off, 1 freaking shit of sms spoiled my day.. wat the Fish!!!!!!!! I really hate it.. REALLY!!!!!!!!!! I dun know wat i should do.. Sigh.. I think i should give up.. i really think that's e only way.. Since im the type that always keep quiet.. Well!!


Anyway, my limit is still avg.. Once it reaches max, den too bad.. OK!! gtg already.. bye!!

crazy working...

yozz!! Im back.. Went for supper @ boon lay with the cab driver (uncle beng) and 1 of my colleague (ming de).. LOL!! Im damn full nw.. (:


Im duper tired.. Been working since last sunday.. Chiong all e way.. My team leader nag at me for my calls stack.. My team leader showed me my result for the mth of aug and i failed by 0.1.. hahahaha!! I told him, i failed by 0.1 again.. As he showed me, mid aug result and 1 whole mth result, both same.. July i passed, but aug i slacked all the way.. (cos i also dun know why..)


My team leader told me, at time u can give quality but nt always.. He said, he listen to my calls and im the type that give quality calls.. I told him, i want i will solved the prob all the way and if i dun wan, i wont do it.. Anyway, im still the type that give quality calls.. If boss wan quantity and i can't give, den kick me out den..


Anyway, i told my team leader i will try this mth, i try to pass my calls stack.. I will try to give quantity.. And of course quality calls too.. (: Past few days manage to hit 40 to 50 over calls.. Im pushing myself v v hard this time round.. N that's the reason why im working since last sunday.. (: Wednesday, i received a compliment letter frm my supervisor ... I think that compliment was 2mth back.. That was when im still a tmp staff.. LOL!!!!!


For the past few days, i was busy still i hv no time to sms and no time to bother about my phone.. Therefore, both my phone was low batt.. haha!! Sorry to all who did try calling me and sms me but can't reach me.. PS!!!


Sianz, you know wat?? I hv swelling eye again.. The stupid swelling is back again.. Awww.. This time round i kena on my left eye.. Wat the fish.. :( Sigh.. Hope it will be gone ASAP..
