damn tired

Im damn tired sia.. Imagine that everyday u need to wake up at 5plus or 6am and u r e late owl that dun sleep early.. Dun u think its a tiring day? Sigh!! Ha, but still ok la.. Im awaiting to get back to work real soon.. Training gonna end next week n after that my working shift is frm 4.30pm to 2am.. whahaha!!


But, once back to real working life, gonna hv lots of stress already.. Lots of software needed to use, worse come to worse if i kinda dispute cases, im gonna die.. =.=" Heard that, it's gonna take about 1 to 2 mths to get use to everything there.. Hopefully i can really get use to it..


E only thing i dun really like is, everything e company record.. On the phone with e customer, PC(watever u click), number of times u login n logout of e system, e number of time u ready n nt ready and e number of time u r in idle.. They even record the duration u take to talk 2 e customer and e duration u key in a report..


Hmm, yesterday had training at Ayer Rajar..In e afternoon, we r suppose to start listening to calls but nt allow to speak 2 e customer yet.. We need to see how our team leader handle e calls 1st.. (For 1 week).. But cos, e briefing took up quite alot of time, so nv do listening.. haha!! E person took us (plus another 3 of my colleague) for briefing share some interesting stuff.. And she is damn good, joke with us.. ha!!


Hmm, im gonna hv 2 off days in e weekdays and it's a MUST to work on weekends n public holidays.. (which i hv been told during my interview).. And so, 1st off day is wat they call "OFF Day".. N 2nd off day is wat they call "REST Day" .. If i work on e 1st off day, I can claim OT at 1.5.. And if i work on e 2nd off day, I can claim OT at 2.0.. Hmm, i shall see if im allow to work during my off days a nt.. If yes, im gonna chiong everyday.. Is nt e money that counts.. Money can nv be enf in life.. Is just that...


Fuck!! Forget it.. Im in low EQ 2day.. lol!! Anyway, life will change slowly la.. So meaning to say, my thinking will also change slowly... haha!!

Group training ended, fun

Hello!! 2day gt e time 2 blog.. haha!! Cos i was allowed to go home early.. :D Training ended super early 2day.. frm 8.30am to 3pm at Ayer Rajah (AOS).. Therefore, i hv e time 2 blog.. hehe.. Before I start blogging, wanna post this up.. Do help to spread the words.. :D It's an event organise by my boss.. Thx!!




hmm, i shall start off with Monday (24 March).. Had training at e same old place where e training been held since e 1st day i reported to work.. :D Which is Har Par.. (quite near to park Mall..) Anyway, had, rewards (StarHub Loyalty Programme) and SQ (Service Quality) briefing..

So we r train on hw to do a redemption for customer if they do call us in for help.. But just to let u guys know, it would be good to do it online (Via starhub website) or IVR (whereby u call "1633" and do a redemption frm there..) yourself.. Cos it is nt worth, cos we worth another 100 points.. :D But if u dun mind n really need our help, YES, we r always willing to help all our customer. :D We r the lovable n friendly CCC (Customer Care Consultant)..


And after that, had our SQ (Service Quality) training.. It was actually a briefing.. Was told that we have online report card too.. Whereby, our calls r random pick and our supervisor will mark frm there... He or she will listen n grade us if we hv e service quality to service our customer.. If nt, die.. Gonna get nag already.. lol!!



Den Tuesday (25 & 26 March), had Stellar service training(e notes frm achieve global).. This is where e fun part are.. I really enjoyed learning.. We were train on hw to talk to a customer, giving e correct information and doing a good or prof opening and closing to e customer.. Had lots n lots of role play.. It was really fun n i really learned alot frm there.. It's something like Communication Skill whereby we did hv it in SP.. But it's way TOOOO different man.. Cos this is fully on talking.. lol!!


Well, e choice of words r really damn important sia.. Like for example Free and complimentary... Both r big different.. "Complimentary" can only last for maybe a month or so.. It would nt last forever.. Or should i say, it's e company gave it to u (expressing admiration, praise or respect..) As for "Free", Mean it's yours already.. U dun hv to pay a single cent.. So CHOICE OF WORDS R V IMPORTANT.. :D


And e sad thing was, 27 March was our last day of e cableTV training.. It was also our last day whereby 15 (plus e trainer) of us stay in 1 room to chat, joke, play, gossip and learn together.. It was really sad.. I does miss 1 of my best pal Muni, (she is a mother with 4 kids..).. I just love to chat, eat, joke and luffing out loud with her.. She is also a teacher and Airline officer (customer service also i guess..).. And I really do learn alot frm her.. E last day we really luff, chat, eat, doing role play together and she taught alot...


I will miss her alot cos, we r both in different department and it's way to far to see each other.. Her work place (which is department) is at Har Par and mine at Ayer Rajah.. =.=" She is a Sales CCC (Customer Care Consultant) which will take inbound calls and do outbound calls. (For commission..)


And me, doing Online CCC (Customer Care Consultant), which is also Technical Support Analyst.. Which is to troubleshoot Customer maxonline prob, do upgrading and downgrading and some technical stuff.. Hmm, we do took group photos.. Will upload once it is ready.. :D


So 2day (27 March), went for training at Ayer Rajah.. It was fun too.. haha!! Nt all of them was there as some hv already back for operation already.. Only 9 of us there.. E trainer started sharing her experience in call center.. OH MY!! She really share almost all hers.. She do taught us hw to speak and keep ourself calm if we handle dispute cases.. haha!! N i can tell u, even i, myself was soo shocked that if i were to dispute for something, i will just shut my mouth out of sudden..


Humans r all just unfair man.. We r all humans being n we do need ppl to respect us.. We r just following e company policy.. Ppl treat us like a dog at times.. We r here to service u, we r here to try our best to help u but... Sigh!! But yeah that's human being i guess..


Anyway, after training, home sweet home.. 2morrow got to report to our supervisor at 9am.. And gonna start to listen(haven start to talk to e Customer.. it will only start after e whole training end.. which is 1 more week to go..) to calls already.. I just hope i can tahan for 9mths or even longer.. Cos i loss my temper damn fast.. It's a challenge job for me...

.2day i spent e whole day sleeping.. woke up at 5pm.. How wonderful can that be.. =.=" Gd that my phone was in silent.. If nt im gonna get damn piss off.. Nt feeling well n plus im sleeping.. so that's e reason y i will get piss off.. Anyway, Woke up n saw lots of sms.. =.="


Hmm, i think StarHub HubStation setTop Box (Smart TV) is cool.. It hv a digital video recorder, come with cable modem and hv e ability to make phone calls, all in 1 compact device.. It is soo awesome.. I fall in love with e specification and feature it hv.. Let's me show u e specification... It hv

Haha!! But this box is nt cheap.. It cost about $560(without contract) ... =.=" And if u get this box with promotion, it's $285 with 24mth contract.... E only different is, you dun hv to loan this box frm StarHub and no rental fee.. Once u buy, mean it urs already..


I think it's worth e $$.. Dun u think so?? Anyway, there are terms & conditions too.. For more info, pls visit StarHub webby...


Mio hve Video on Demand (VOD).. StarHub also hv.. But it's NVOD(Near video on Demand).. E different are, StarHub NVOD allow N16 and M18 and with more titles to choose frm.. And u r allow to choose what time you wanna watch e movie or drama..


At times, i really feel like working 24hrs like crazy.. Seriously.. No free time for anything.. Like wat TS told me before, work all e way still u dun hv any feeling at all.. Only work and work.. Nth else.. Or keep urself as busy as possible.. Find more things to do..

Overloaded..

Finally im back.. 2day i dun know wat happen to me.. In e afternoon, some more in between e lesson, out of a sudden my chest was sooo painful still i hv difficulty in breathing.. I just can't concentrate.. I dun even know wat i need to do.. Was soo uncomfortable at that time.. Den i just tried 2 act as i understand wat e trainer was teaching and sit back n relax myself.. Den thanks god, im fine after about 10 to 20mins.. Just with e pains there.. But, can breath as per normal.. phew.. FUCK!! It was soo sudden that i also dun know wat to do..


Anyway, 2day reach hme quite late.. Reason was because, i waited for my colleague to finish her test. I finished mine at around 5plus to 6pm.. Den stay back n help her.. lol!! E trainer there heck care so another colleague and me help her openly.. lol! We even told her to click this click that.. But e trainer was ok.. TEAMWORK n CARE n SHARE.. :)


Again, we hv a test 2day.. This is e 2nd test.. But this time round it's much much more difficult.. It's the system test.. Can tell u, gonna cry out loud if u do a step wrongly.. Cos u gonna re-do e whole thing again.. (Btw, e system is call "Falcon".. it's StarHub own system.. V smart system. lol!! Guess it uses VB.Net to developed) Den 3 of us ate our dinner together.. But didn't really ate much.. Den had small chit-chat session..


Eventually, e system test is to test us if we understand how to use it a nt.. Cos we must use it almost everyday in the office.. It's use for upgrade or downgrade of cust cableTv, maxOnline, contract and adding of channels.. Or use it to check cust billing cycle, move of address and etc. Can also use that system to add promo items for cust.. Basically, can use that system(Falcon) to do every things.. It is fun learning that system but it is v v v stressful.. Once u do it wrongly DIE.. For training, if we do it wrongly, it is still ok.. Cos we can cancel n do it again.. But once we go back to operation, we do it wrongly den that's it.. KENA frm cust(Cos e cust bill will be display..) and e manager.. It takes time 2 learn e system..


Therefore, 2day test, i just do watever i can.. Watever i know.. I was saying fail den fail .. At least i can do a re-test n know where i make e mistake n remember nt to make e same mistake again.. Cos, now i can make mistake, during operation i can't.. Btw, e passing mark for e test is 85% with 6qns.. 1qns is about 20marks.. =.=" Frm wat i saw, e trainer deducted 2marks for my 1st qns already.. Cos i hv typo.. =.=" (cust called in to hv 1 Analog SetTop box and 1 digital SetTop box.. But this flo here, wrote 1 additional outlet(meaning to say, i change e qns to 2 analog SetTop with 1 digital SetTop box.. ) It will affect e cust, therefore marks was deducted..


1hr 6 qns is already a hard time for us.. But once we go back to operation, we MUST handle minimum of 6.5 call per day.. That mean, about 10mins per call.. Plus we must use e "Falcon" to upgrade wat cut req and at e same time talking on e phone 2 cust and editing wat cust req for.. So stress..


But overall, im really v happy for wat i hv learn n v happy with my job.. :) Im overloaded with information and exhausted but i will nt give up.. Will put in my best to do watever i can.. Actually, i cannot choose.. IT IS A MUST to do ALL e things im ask to do..


Hmm, sorry will update more 2morrow (If i can..).. Im nt feeling well.. I wanna sleep already.. Good nite and sweet dream.. Take care..

movie, info

2day woke up early and went to see a doctor.. Well, e doctor gave me medicine for gastric pain, reduce heartburn and acid in my stomach and medicine for constipation.. E doctor told me to eat e medicine n den see how my condition goes.. Hope to get well soon.. Sianz!!

After that, reach home.. wanted to go back to sleep.. But dun know y i just can't sleep.. But im v tired... Anyway, in e evening met dear for movie.. We watch Horton.. lol!! It's a nice cartoon.. haha!! So funny.. :D But i find it quite lame.. lol!! Oh, before that we had our dinner at Han's.. Den walk around at suntec den off for movie.. :D

Hmm, time to share something with u guys... :D Some of u might be wondering why some ppl use e term like dedicated or shared internet connection right? Well, there is NO SUCH thing as dedicated or shared internet connection..

Dedicated is the term most ppl use for Singnet broadband.. Why there use it as dedicated?? Well, because they use a device known as switch and it it connected directly to e customer.. As in to e internet so that customer hv the signal.. Let say, one day ur friend who r using broadband n he/she called u n say "Im using broadband n I can't surf.. Do u hv this prob??" or he/she say "I hv v v low signal.. Do u hv this prob?.. E ans should be "NO".. For broadband it does nt affect u.. Cos for a switch, if one of e point break down, others dun get affected, unless ur point also break down.. Or unless their switch break down.. That's y it is call dedicated..

Well, e highest internet connect singnet broadband offer is 10mbps ONLY.. And that's e download speed.. And frm wat i know, or if u hv notice, u does nt get 10mbps.. U may get maybe 8 or 9mbps.. Their good point is that, if 1 point break down, other wont get affected.. :D

And again.. There is no such thing as shared internet connection.. It is e term use for StarHub.. Why ppl say shared connection?? Reason is because, StarHub uses a device known as hub to connect to other device(something like this..) n frm that device it is connected to us.. And it is like a star topology..That's e reason y, starhub hv this device call "Signal boost" to boost up ur internet speed or signal.. But quite ex.. Sorry e price list nt with me now.. It's at e lab sleeping nw.. lol!! So im nt sure about it nw.. Will let u know once i gt my book..

So that's is e reason y, if 1 of e point breakdown, everyone get affected.. Cos they use Hub.. So everyone will suffer signal loss or slow down in connection .. E highest internet connection Starhub offer is up to 100mbps.. And that's for download speed.. Which is lots more.. Plus, if u sign up for a maxOnline at 100mbps, mean u will get this speed..

I hv lots to share with u guys.. But im v v v sleepy to do so.. Sorry!! I will share with u guys again e next time round.. But of course nt all la.. Cos im restricted la..

fun, stress, tired

Hello! Im finally back.. Been MIA (mission in action) for 1 week.. Cos im busy working.. For those who dun know wat im working as.. Basically, im working in StarHub as "IT Technical Support Analyst.. Frm e interview, I was told that im going to help customer to troubleshoot their internet connection (MaxOnline) prob.. But......... Read to find out more..... This is a long long long post....


Anyway, I can say that this 1 week or for e whole 1 month, I can say, im nt really working.. It's on training.. Been having training everyday.. Frm 8.30am to 5.30pm.. I shall start frm e 1st day..


1st day

Report work at 8.15am at Haw Par Center (which is located at Dhoby Ghaut.. Which is quite near to Park Mall and Singapore Shopping Center or i can say it is just opp Red Cross Hse.. ).. And so training started at around 8.30am ++ ... Didn't know that starhub is e multi-million company sia.. Still when e person do a short intro..


And so, we started off by doing intro on our partner.. As in we were group in paired and started to know each other frm there.. Den intro ur partner to e class n ur partner will intro u 2 e class.. haha!!


Den, we were train on cableTV that wat starhub have.. Understand wat they want to achieve in terms of product and services.. That's when i started to find out that starHub cableTV have over 200++ of channels man.. o.O That's alot.. Therefore, 1st day, we find out wat's all e channel offers and does that channel come with dual audio, does that channel offers 24hrs and does it come with subtitles.. It was really alot to know.. (By e way, frm wat i heard e webby may nt be up-to-date.. So e information of each channel u read about might have improve already.. ) StarHub been changing again n again.. lol!


Therefore, if u wan to know more about that channel ask me.. I can explain to u.. :D And that's e 1st day of training.. Seriously, it is nt easy.. As I must know all...


Haha!! E 1st day already im getting along well with most of them (some r parents).. We lunch together too.. I joke in class.. Asking lame qns (haha!! Just for luff qns la..) and florence aka floor hv change into another person.. Im no longer e 1 that wait for friends or to say wait for ppl 2 talk to me.. Im e 1 that talk to e ppl.. lol!! And im nt as quiet as i use to be.. Im more daring already.. :D 1st day already im soo high... :D The trainer, e ppl, e so call "classmates r all soooo friendly.. I guess im e only 1 that hv no full-time job experience there... =.=" And i think most of them age 23 onwards.. Btw, including e 2 trainer.. Total, there r 17 ppl in 1 class..


Day2

Report work at 8.30am too.. But i was half an hr early.. =.=" E trainer was saying "wow soo early".. lol!! Anyway, 2nd day, we learn about their products /devices.. They hv e common analogue setTop box (which cannot support digital channel shows, movies etc.. And it's time to change ur box to digital already..), digital setTop box (which most of u hv at hme ..), they hv hubStation too.. Just launch nt long ago.. This hubStation or they call it "DVR(Digital Video Recorder)" is sooo awesome sia.. Oh my.. I can tell u, it's much much more better den digital setTop box.. But, this box quite ex.. lol!! I will cover the features n price e next upcoming post.. whahaha..


And of course, they hv this HD(High Definition) TV setTop... It show a clearer pic(in short good video quality...) and it was damn clear.. I saw it with my own eyes.. Sooo clear still u can see v v v small items which our SD TV cannot support (Standard Definition).. And again, i will share more e next coming post... :D


Haha!! And 2nd days again, i was asking lame qns too.. lol!! It was soo fun and i really enjoy my training.. Cos i learn alot.. :D


3rd day

And yes, i report early again.. =.=" Haha!! Den e trainer was saying "wow u r early again".. I said, "it's gd to be early den u r late".. haha!! Den he switch on e cableTv for me to watch..(Anyway, that's wat e trainer will do every morning for ppl like me who reach early.. :D ).. Den he said, nw u can watch for FREE.. Cos during e past 2days of training, i keep saying unless it is FREE, i will sign up for e box.. haha!! Cos, e trainer do training n at e same time was somehow doing selling too.. lol!! :D


N soo 3rd day, we learn hw 2 do calculation and do packaging for customer.. This is e tough part.. E worse n e worse training.. We spent almost half of e day learning that.. Calulation like, if customer call "1633" and he/she said he/she want (for example) Action Seekers Value Pak, TVBI channel, VV Drama, Additional Outlet (as in e setTop box) and customer want to do a cash and carry (mean self collect of e box), so wat is his/her 1st month billing and monthly subscription ?


Ans:

-Action Seekers value pak is $63

-TVBJ is at $8

-VV Drama is at $8

-Additional Outlet is at $12 (Cos if customer subscribe to a value pak, he/she hv 1st complimentary of Digital SetTop box.. Okay! Why $12??? Some of u might ask, Well cos $4(for rental of e Digital SetTop box + $8 (duplication of content) = $12))

- Cash and Carry is at $0 (cos customer go down and collect.. so it's F.O.C)


Total: $63+$8+$8+$12+$0 = $91

RC (Recurring charge): $91 *2(cos 1st month billing) = $182

NRC (Non-Recurring charge): $30 (Service Activation Fee)

Total of whole package with 7% GST= $182+$30*$1.07= $226.84


And if it is monthly subscription, total will be

Total with 7% GST = $91*$1.07 =$97.37


Therefore, we were train on this type of calulation and we must know wat to charge and what not to.. Things like Truck roll (mean starhub send ppl down to pass u e box.. Per trip), signal activation fees etc.. They hv things like RC (Recurring charge.. which is it will appear in ur bill every month), NRC (Non-Recurring charge.. which is, it is 1 time charge only..) And of course, if customer call "1633" to subscribe for channel, WE MUST help customer to re-package it.. To be as low as possible.. This is to help customer to save money.. That's where e challenging part comes in n that's where most of us r lost.. And again, that's y we need training.. lol!!


So for those of u, who wanna subscribe to cableTv, come n ask me.. I can calculate for u.. E channel u wan, hw much is that channel n things like that.. :D So that u can save MONEY.. hehehe!!!


It is v tough cos some of us tend to forgot wat to charge and wat nt to.. That's y, we hv this training.. lol!! To train us to be e best and provide good, best, wonderful and correct information and services to our customer.. :D


Day 4

Erm, same thing.. I reported early again.. :D haha!! Den again, we asked qns about e calculation part.. LOL! After that, review on what we hv learn.. Cos we hv test on Day 5 (passing mark is 75% =.=" ).. After that, we learn hw to charge customer if they stay in landed and etc.. E price was like WOW.. Cos, for landed, we need to check alot of things..


Den after that, we learn about MaxOnline, Digital voice travel. Digital voice home, SurfLite, Flexi surf by day and Flexi surf by hour and some of their value added services.. And again, i will share with u guys in my upcoming post.. :D


Day 5 (2day)

Same thing.. I reported early again.. LOL!! And 2day, we have our test.. So there was a revision for us.. And e test.. Phew!! Both trainer (Dennis and Ivan) were walking around helping us.. :D Thanks to both of them.. For explaining to us.. Thanks to them sia.. If nt i dun think i will do well, cos of e calculation and re-packaging of e value pak..


And yes, overall i passed.. Got 90% out of 100% :D.. I was soo worry that i might fail cos i hv lots unclear qns.. lol!! N we must score 75% and above to pass.. And after e test, out for lunch at Plaza Sing (PS)..


So 2day, understanding of product training is over.. After lunch, we hv system training.. This is whereby, we use a system to create new starhub user, check existing customer acc.. (eg: if they call "1633", n was asking why they can't watch this show on their setTop box, add channel or check their bills n more..) We can also use this system to check if e user home can support cableTv, MaxOnline and etc.. This system is smart enf to check almost all e things..


We can even use this software to check if a particular place is a landed or HDB hus.. LOL!! And we can use it to add services for customer and etc... And again, i will share more on e upcoming post.. :D


In short, I really enjoy my training ALOT... It is FUN, STRESS and TIRING... :D And so nw, Im train to know everything i guess.. Not just troubleshooting of maxOnline but all.. LOL!!


Soo that's all for this 1 whole week.. :D Hmm, i need to see a doctor 2morrow.. I hv been having gastric and heartburn on and off since e day i said i hv upset stomach.. And i hv constipation.. Haven bowels for almost 3 weeks or i can say almost to a month... WTF!! That's tend to make me eat lesser and feeling v uncomfortable.. =.=" My medicine dun help.. Sigh!!


sianz!! Ok la!! I wan to sleep already.. Im v tired.. Been waking up at 5plus in e morning everyday.. =.=" soo sleepy.. Good nite all.. Bye!!

im nt ok.., Look on e bright side..

My stomach still giving me prob.. And heartburn.. Sianz half.. Worse come to worse.. Im down with sore throat and cough... WTF is this.. Blame myself.. :( Hope i can get well soon by 2morrow.. Monday start working already.. PLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Hmm, 2day i stay at home to help my mum to do the ironing and den play psp, watch tv and read bk.. nv go out.. As im too tired to go..


Anyway, hey life is not sux.. Must look on e bright side.. :D Hehehe!! I just read frm Dora's tagbox, she said --> "life is our choice, we can either choose to be look at our blessings, then we'll be happy. but if we forget how fortunate we are sometimes, then life seems to suck." Yes, i agree.. Guess we r fortunate enf.. Therefore, life is NOT SUX..


Haha!! But, i used "life sux" nt because my life sux. But it's just a magic word.. lol!! No1 will understand me only 3a23.. whahaha!! SOME of them will understand.. :P Ok la.. My life is bless with wonderful things.. soo i wont ask for more.. Im happy with everything.. :D Esp, im happy to hv my wonderful bf with me.. upset stomach.. :(

Sianz!! My stomach is nt feeling gd.. :( Having heartburn also and that's causing me 2 have chest pains.... And because of that, i dun feel like eating.. Skip my lunch.. But dinner i ate a few mouth of noodle my mum bought.. Feeling soo uncomfortable. :( Sibei sianz.. WTH!! :(


Cry!! :'( Im sleeping early 2day.. Yes i will.. Just hope i can sleep well 2nite.. zZzz.. hmm, 2day my cousin's mum sms me saying that her work place looking for temp staff.. lol!! She was asking if im interested.. I told her im nt available already.. :D

Haha!! Just nw went to Lot1 2 meet my mum.. Yeah, my mum bought me a new jean @ Giordano .. Gosh.. It's at $69 sia.. =.=" It was e last pcs also.. Wow heng.. haha!! But yeah.. Thx You mum.. :D Den she bought herself 3 jeans.. LOL!! But much cheaper sia.. Cost her only $29 each.. Cool ar?


After that off for dinner n home.. Reach hme watch tv.. lol!! I love e show on ch 8 at 9pm (Just in Singapore..) haha!! And Kang Chengxi is inside too.. Didn't notice still when he pop out.. haha.. Anyway, it's nice.. :D


Hmm, yesterday i found out that maple hving new map sia.. Thailand.. lol!! But it was boring.. Didn't play much.. Nw maple = hell.. Boring.. lol!! Maybe cos no1 play with me..


Just nw was playing with multiply.. Cos Er Jie need some help in her blog.. Some coding prob.. So i sign up and play around for awhile to get use to it.. Den help er jie solve her prob.. Prob was solve.. Only 1 part which i dun get it.. E 1 i was testing seem working but er jie 1 nt working.. Funny.. But i hope it's solve by den already.. hehe!!


Hmm, life sux.. Yes it is.. Super.. Dun test my patient before it is too late.. It reaching e max soon.. Aww.. Once i start working im going work like siao n dun bother about anything already.. AWW!!


Watever la.. I am who i am.. No one can stop me frm doing anything that i like, that i enjoy.. So long as im happy with it and so long as i dun do anything thing illegal and stupid.. Den yeah!! NO1 can stop.. Live happy and do watever i like.. lalalalalalalala...

true, life sux?

Hello!! Just nw went out with gal gal (Min Ru).. haha! We went to causeway point for dinner, chit-chat, play and window shopping.. Had lots of fun with her.. :D LOL!! Den we saw, Lay Koon and Sin Yee.. LOL!! All started working liao sia.. Except me.. :( Sibei sad sia.. I wanna work.. nvm, i shall wait for 5 more days.. yeah!! Sooo happy.. :D

Hmm, i shall use e word "LIFE SUX".. Guess only 3A23 know why Life sux.. They hv been using this for some reason.. And yes, im using this cos e same prob hv been happening to me for quite sometime.. I just dun understand y? R these ppl trying to draw attention or? I hv nt been using this for 3 yrs already.. Use to use it during ITE.. But hv stop cos life is nt as sux as i tot.. But... sigh!! I hope thing will turn out to be good..
